We have blocked a few more rooms at the Westin Downtown Phoenix (an all- suites hotel) across the street from the Sheraton at the rate of $109USD plus tax, including free WiFi. Please contact Susan: susan at thunderbolts dot info, and she will help make those reservations for you. The cut-off date at the Westin is June 8. After that, contact Susan at the email above to inquire about available rooms because of cancellations.

Tell the Reservation Clerk the name of the hotel, the city and provide the group name “ElectricUniverse2015 Conference/The Thunderbolts Project” A block of rooms have been reserved on a first come, first served basis at the rate of $99USD per night plus tax, which includes FREE Wi-Fi in the guest rooms and reduced overnight parking of $8USD per night.
Conference Room
All conference presentations and the Monday Evening Banquet will take place in the Phoenix Ballroom, located on the third floor of the hotel. The Breakout Room will be in the room directly adjacent to the Phoenix Ballroom. Watch for signage.
