Registration

• Registration is $750USD per person.
• Registration is limited to 60 participants. Sign up soon so you will not be disappointed.
• There will be no on-site registration.
• The registration fee covers all workshop events from Friday evening 7:00 pm (opening session) through Sunday 9:30 pm, including all talks and the Sunday Evening Banquet.

Limited $119USD Room Rate Available

• A special room rate of $119USD per night plus room tax has been negotiated with the Sheraton Downtown hotel in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. This special room rate applies to a limited number of blocked rooms and will be available on a first come, first served basis. FREE Wi-Fi is included plus reduced overnight parking.

Banquet Information

• The Sunday Evening Banquet is included in your conference fee.
• Additional Sunday Evening Banquet tickets for $40USD may be purchased at registration.
• You can request a Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free meal during the registration process.

Registration Fee Refunds

Due to the cost associated with producing an event, requests for registration fee refunds will be paid on the following schedule:

• Up to and including August 31, 2014 — 100% refund
• September 1, 2014 – September 30, 2014 — 50% refund
• October 1, 2014 forward — no refund
