REBROADCAST FAQ’s
1–How long will the EU2016 rebroadcast run after the conference? The broadcast will run for three months following the conference–>>September 19, 2016.
2–If I purchased a Global Streaming ticket for EU2016, will it still work after the conference? Yes, your Global Streaming ticket provides access to the rebroadcast through September 19, 2016.
3–If I paid for the EU2015 conference broadcast before, will the old access code work? No, we are contracting with a new company so you must purchase a new access ticket to watch the EU2015 rebroadcast.
4–If I attend the conference in person, do I get a discount for the rebroadcast? No, global streaming is contracted through a third party and is separate from the onsite attendance registration. We have greatly reduced the onsite attendance and global streaming/rebroadcast fees this year to make it affordable for more EU community members.
5–If I paid for the conference as an onsite attendee but cannot attend, can I convert my paid registration fee to a rebroadcast ticket? No, for the same reason noted above–global streaming/rebroadcast is contracted through a third party and is separate from the onsite attendance registration.
6–If I have problems with the rebroadcast link, who do I contact? paradigmticketsales@gmail.com.
7–Can I watch the rebroadcast on more than one computer? No, you will be able to watch the rebroadcast on only one computer. The ticket is linked to the computer on which it is purchased. This prevents global streaming access being passed to others.
8–How much will the tax and fees be when I sign up for EU2016 rebroadcast or for the EU2015 rebroadcast? The agency who processes the payment charges a fee for their service, for currency conversion, if required, and for any applicable taxes due countries or states. In addition, fees based on the payment source (credit card or PayPal) will be added. Since these taxes and fees vary from person to person depending on location and payment source, the decision was made to charge a flat rate for the global streaming products with the taxes and fees added.
