One of the great pioneers of the Electric Universe and plasma cosmology is Dr. Donald E. Scott, retired professor of electrical engineering and author of the book, The Electric Sky. Dr. Scott has offered profound theoretical insights into the nature of the Sun and the electrical circuitry that drives all stars and galaxies. At the forthcoming EU2015 Conference: Paths of Discovery, June 25 – 29, Phoenix, Arizona, Dr. Scott will present compelling new evidence that electric currents from the Sun, called Birkeland currents, are the cause of extreme atmospheric phenomena at the poles of several planets.
