Tell the Reservation Clerk the name of the hotel, the city and provide the group name “The Thunderbolts Project/EU Workshop.” A block of rooms have been reserved on a first come, first served basis at the rate of $119US per night plus tax, which includes FREE Wi-Fi and reduced overnight parking. The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the room block is October 22, 2014.

Conference Room

All conference presentations will take place in the Ahwatukee Room, located on the second floor of the hotel. The Sunday Evening Banquet will take place in the Maryvale Room.
