 General Registration Information

Registration Fee

  • Early-bird registration is $325US per person until Saturday, February 1, 2014.
  • After Saturday, February 1, 2014, the conference fee will be $375US per person.
  • On-site registration is $425US per person beginning Thursday, March 20, 2014.

The registration fee covers all conference events Thursday evening (opening session) through Monday, including all talks, panels and the Sunday Evening Banquet.

Limited $95US Room Rate Available until March 10, 2014

  • A special room rate of $95US per night plus room tax has been negotiated with the Marriott Pyramid North hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This special room rate applies to a limited number of blocked rooms and will be available on a first come, first served basis. FREE Wi-Fi is included, a $12.99 value per night, as is a complimentary breakfast.

Registration On-site

  • On-site registration is $425US per person, beginning March 20, 2014.
  • Individual conference days may be purchased at the door for $250US per person. Seating may be limited and is subject to availability.
  • Only USA cash/checks and credit cards will be accepted as payment on-site.
  • Admission to individual panels and/or talks will not be available for purchase at any time.
  • Admission to the opening session from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday evening, March 20, is FREE to the public.

Banquet Information

  • The Sunday Evening Banquet is included in your conference fee.
  • Additional Sunday Evening Banquet tickets for $40US may be purchased at registration and will only be available until March 18, 2014.
  • You can request a Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free meal during the registration process.

Registration Fee Refunds

Due to the cost associated with producing a conference, requests for registration fee refunds will be paid on the following schedule:

  • Up to and including January 31, 2014 — 100% refund
  • February 1, 2014 to February 28, 2014 — 50% refund
  • March 1, 2014 forward — no refund
