Scientists recently reported that the Voyager 2 spacecraft is now the second man-made object to cross the boundary into interstellar space. And as with Voyager 1, the theoretical predictions based on standard solar physics do not match discovery.
Of course, the predictions of the Electric Universe theory about the interstellar environment and behavior of the solar wind differ dramatically from convention. We asked retired professor of Electrical Engineering Dr. Donald E. Scott to offer an overview of the Voyager 2 findings to date.
