Hi,
Where can I find an article that give a concentrated explanation of how stars are born according to EUt

I would recommend chapter14, "Stars" in The Electric Sky, by Donald Scott
Actually, read the whole book!

Stars are formed by one of two different processes. 1. The z-pinch effect in galactic Birkeland Currents, and, 2. Fissioning of an electrically unstable star into two or more smaller stars. Both processes are explained in the book.

Dr. Scott is retired and his website has been discontinued, however the link below will take you to the Internet Archive of his site:

Wal Thornhill's "Holoscience" site contains a wealth of information. After Wal's passing the Thunderbolts Project took over the site with the aim to preserve the valuable insights contained within.
Parts of that site that pertain to the original question:

If I have understood it right, stars are being born in so called Z-pinches when two birkeland - currents "collide" or interact and create a reaction that manifests in form of plasma that gradually concentrates in form of a star or sun.
Can one say that a star in this way is being "materialised"? Two invisible energies transforms in to a material plasma phenomenon.

The Z pinch is a plasma process which can be produced in a lab, compressing an aluminum can:

It is the result of a Birkeland current interacting with a magnetic field. The Electric Universe theory of star formation is based on plasma processes being scalable.
Google AI wrote: That phrase describes the core principle of a Z-pinch, where an electric current flows axially through a plasma, creating a swirling magnetic field that interacts with the current to produce an inward (radially-compressing) magnetic force, squeezing the plasma inward, which is vital for fusion research and astrophysics.

Here's a breakdown:

Lorentz Force: The fundamental force on a charged particle in electric/magnetic fields, F = q(E + v × B).

Axial Current: A current (like electricity) flowing straight down a plasma column.

Self-Generated Magnetic Field: The current itself creates a magnetic field (B-field) that wraps around the current.

Radially-Compressing Force: The interaction (magnetic force component) between the axial current and the swirling magnetic field pushes the plasma inward, towards the center (the 'z' axis).
