Black hole standard

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light? If you have a personal favorite theory, that is in someway related to the Electric Universe, this is where it can be posted.

Black hole standard

Sew.....let me see how can I word this so people who understand English won't think less of me :D

The size of the black hole is relative to the size of the galaxy per galaxy galaxy-ish

In other English. If...a black hole is an inch wide and the surrounding galaxy is 10 inches then a black hole ten inches wide would be located within a 100 inch wide galaxy.

Is that already a thing. IS it a thing?

Or am I a brilliant Puerto Rican or what....OK. too much? :P
