No, imo it cant be any extra BHs (or even brown holes). Koz these would exist in the outer bits of arms too.
No, imo it is due to the spinning of stars etc, spinning in mainly the one plane. But i have explained that elsewhere before.
STR is krapp -- & GTR is mostly krapp.
The present Einsteinian Dark Age of science will soon end – for the times they are a-changin'.
