Yes! As I have written on other threads, the phrase "solar wind" is a euphemism. but it bears repeating.
Euphemism - definition: "a mild or indirect word or expression substituted for one considered to be too harsh or blunt when referring to something unpleasant or embarrassing."

The unpleasant or embarrassing reality that the phrase "solar wind" is designed to disguise, is that it is actually an electric current.

Solar Wind - definition: ...a continuous, supersonic stream of charged particles (mostly protons, electrons, and alpha particles) constantly flowing outward from the Sun's outer atmosphere...

Electric Current - definition: ...the flow of charged particles through a conductive material per unit of time...

So both are defined as moving charged particles! The use of the word "wind" is designed to avoid consideration of something astronomers find unpleasant - electric currents in the cosmos.
