Not trying to spoil your party, but me believes in LMD Mode (Longitudinal Magneto-Dielectric) that the operation and performance of the circuits shows a cool capacitor that has a huge output....whats up with that?
Also the light itself has different physical properties. We are dealing with a phenomenon that is lost in the black box of microchips. Analoge testing of analoge computer parts shows without a doubt, that what he is testing requires some older style parts and some intuitive understanding of "counterspace propagation", what I call LMD waves in the rotating MD field of the Aether.
To my knowledge a capacitor that outputs, the way his do in LMD mode, should be HOT.
I would also point out, that he states that the seconday of the Tesla coil spiral is not TEM wave propagation, but rather a complex circuit of inductances and capacitance between the coil, in the space surrounding the secondary spiral.
I do see your point about reciprcocity, but in a LMD wave, one would expect a Phase Conjugate Wave, so hence the 126% reading in the first place. So I agree with you, but we need to define in what "space" the Phase Conjugate Wave (reverse time) propagates. I think that again would be in the rotating MD Field and we should be looking for a reciprocate in a Phase Conjugation analysis. It seems to me that Dimensionality is important as Dollard and Thomson point out. I am with them on this one. I think your missing the proper dimensionality of the wave analysis.
In space Phase Conjugation is limited to c via EM fields.
In counterspace Phase Conjugation is defined via pi/2 x c due to the MD field.
At the same time you have pointed out that the reciprocates are important, but the conclusions, depend on the Dimensionality! That is where we differ and the different conclusions.

Dollard says that Wheatstone and Tesla both claim that the ES Impulse propagates at pi/2 x c.
