However, the known physics of twisted Birkeland Currents predict galactic rotation curves.<\/p>\n\n<p>Galaxies are concentrated along gigantic filaments that span the entire known Universe. There are thousands of little specs in these strands, and each spec is a galaxy\u2014with rotating filaments.<\/p>\n\n<p>The whole thing is fractal. Giant inter-galactic cosmic filaments carry an electrical charge, which causes them to rotate and have flat rotation curves.
