The STScI is currently accepting proposals to fill 6,000 hours of telescope time for the JWST.

What would EU proponents like to propose? Should we convince EU principals to make serious proposals as well?

The first thing I'd like to see is a JWST deep field image of the same areas that have previously been imaged by Hubble, particularly at the redder ends of the JWST spectrum. My prediction is that the JWST will see mature and massive galaxies at the limits of it's technology, and pretty much destroy the LCMD concept of galaxy evolution over time.
