Assumed Falcon fuel dump spiral

You guys have any thoughts about this? Possibility for its own episode about smaller birkeland currents on glow mode? Or is it what the mainstream say? Fuel dump from a spiraling rocket?
Spiral seems to be counter rotating. The focus glow is morphing in videos with no logic to frozen fuel being scattered from a spiraling rocket.
