Here’s another article filled with “could be”s and the “step closer” phrase about a Dark Matter study …

A mysterious phenomenon at the center of our galaxy could be the result of a different type of dark matter.
… snip …
In this first of its kind study, scientists have taken a step closer to understanding the elusive mystery matter. They believe a reimagined candidate for dark matter could be behind unexplained chemical reactions taking place in the Milky Way.
Dr. Shyam Balaji, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at King's College London and one of the lead authors of the study explains, "At the center of our galaxy sit huge clouds of positively charged hydrogen, a mystery to scientists for decades because normally the gas is neutral. So, what is supplying enough energy to knock the negatively charged electrons out of them?
First of all, what’s this claim that “normally’ hydrogen is neutral? Yes, there’s a ring of molecular gas called the Central Molecular Zone (CMZ) about 200 parsecs out from the center, but the mainstream has been telling us for as long as I can remember that 99% (plus) of the universe is composed of plasma … charged particles (primarily hydrogen). Have they never heard this? Is that why their paper (
https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/1 ... 134.101001) doesn’t include the word “plasma”?
And there have been countless articles talking about the hot ball of plasma circling the Milky Way’s black hole, and the two balls of plasma there have been discovered in the polar regions of the galaxy, but all these have been long claimed by the mainstream to be powered by the black hole (not a mystery requiring DM. So I’m a little at a loss to know what they’re talking about. The mainstream has also discovered numerous plasma filaments streaming out from the central core through and beyond the CMZ, but these don’t fit the description of “clouds” that the article talks about. So where specifically are these clouds? The paper doesn’t say or provides no image to locate them.
Finally, the authors apparently have never heard of the Plasma Cosmology/Electric Universe theory, which is still a possible explanation for every phenomena described above. And maybe it’s also an explanation for whatever they’re talking about? Maybe if they had heard of PC/EU, they wouldn’t still be resorting to a 50 year old (plus) gnome (that no one has found despite billions and billions of dollars spent looking) to explain whatever it is they’re now desperate to explain. But then DM does pay for their mortgages, and those need paying for the next 15 to 30 years, so they’ve got to keep the scam going. And one way to do that is with papers like the one linked. Just saying …
