Astronomers have no grasp of the foundations of "electric universe" theory.

Contrary to mainstream definitions of "electric universe", the concept of an "electric universe", including all the foundational experimental evidence to support an electric universe/plasma cosmology theory, also has its mathematical foundations in the work of Kristian Birkeland, more than a full century ago.

It seems to me as though astronomers are desperately trying to ignore the first fifty plus years of electric universe concepts and "theories" (including the math).

Alfven later came along and described the physical universe in terms of interwoven "circuits", complete with moving electrical energy through those circuits, and applied it to something we might think of as a "cosmology" theory involving an 'electric universe" composed of "circuits" of moving electrical energy through a plasma physical universe composed of massive galactic currents flowing through galaxy *clusters* and superclusters which are all embedded in these plasma carrying currents.

Astronomers today seem intent on trying to personally define what the term "electric universe" means to anyone and everyone, while blindly ignoring the first fifty years of mathematical modeling, and physically simulating (in the lab), the concept of an "electric universe".

I think they're a bit like the proverbial "experts" on Ptolemy who dreamed up ways to ignore the obvious mathematical benefits of embracing the heliocentric model first put forth by Aristarchus of Samos, 18 centuries before a heliocentric model was finally and begrudgingly 'accepted' by mainstream astronomers.

My father use to say that one test is worth a thousand "expert" opinions. Birkeland understood that. He "tested" both an anode physical sphere in the vacuum as more modern versions have tested, but also an internally powered *cathode* model as well. Birkeland correctly surmised and predicted that the mass of the particles between the stars would massively outweigh the mass of the stars themselves. From that full *range* of conceptual and experimental models, he believed that the suns surface was "negatively" charged compared to space itself. Today we measure "cosmic rays" of moving electrical current moving at close to the speed of light which bombard our solar system continuously.

This is essentially the foundation of the term "electric universe" in terms of the math, the *full* laboratory testing, and in terms of the conceptual foundation of the term "electric universe".

While Birkeland understood that the charged particle trajectories would be affected by the sun's *electro*magnetic fields, Alfven took the concept to the next 'cosmological" level as we might imagine it today, based essentially on circuit theory applied to plasma physics, including "current carrying" plasma.

Astronomers today would seem to wish to rewrite history, to misdirect the term and misrepresent the term "electric universe" in every conceivable way, including unscrupulous ways, by blatantly misrepresenting it.

I believe People may understand, once they realize that Plasma is the 1st State of Matter. All the other States form out of it.
Next, we have 'Space'. It is fully in the Plasma State. Therefore, since Plasma is predominantly an electric environment/phenomena, the Universe, and all of Space, is Electric.
interstellar filaments conducted electricity having currents as high as 10 thousand billion amperes
