Another angle. There is the shadow of this cloud directly on Mauna Kea, alluding to its connection. I can't help but thinking of the spark between Neurons being our thoughts and what is going here...does the earth have a conciousness?

So, the 'common' explanation for 'clouds' has never been right. I don't mean that ground vapor doesn't rise and condense into clouds of vapor, of course it does, but this is different.
I commonly see almost all mid-high altitude cloud formations are formed by a micro-z-pinch effect. Sometimes from ground, sometimes from space 'wind'.
