Look at all the astrophysicists (?) it took to find (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2209.06833.pdf) “A Sun-like star orbiting a black hole”?

Rohan Naidu
Lieke van Son
Mathieu Renzo
Vedant Chandra
Yuri Beletsky
Sam Kim
Angela Hempel
and
Régis Lachaume

for their help as well.

It’s almost like watching the credits of a Hollywood movie go by. And since, as the paper says, “The Milky Way is expected to contain of order 10^^8 stellar mass black holes (BHs)”, it looks like they can expect lifelong employment … not that any of this knowledge they garner will be needed any time soon by the rest of us. In fact, much of it will likely be lost when the Great Reset occurs.
