By the way, Avi Loeb is the astrophysicist who suggested that Oumuamua was an alien space probe and even more recently suggested that Dark Matter is more than one thing. I suggest the latter claim is because he is growing desperate to come up with a way to explain what he calls “inconsistencies in our observations". He even wrote the forward of a book titled “The Elephant in the Universe” about “Our Hundred-Year Search For Dark Matter." Yes, folks, that is how long these quacks have been at the public trough looking for proof of their golden gnome. Just saying ...Avi Loeb, former head of the astronomy department at Harvard University, has suggested, in a recently published article, an interesting theory about how our universe was formed.
The article, published in Scientific American, suggests that the Universe could have been created in a laboratory by an “advanced technological civilization”.

This is euphemistic phrasing for what should be properly worded as....observations are contradicting or falsifying our theory.“inconsistencies in our observations"

Except, at this point, I don't believe mainstream astrophysicists will allow ANY observation to falsify their theory. Too much (in the way of money, prestige and power) now depends on that theory being mainstream to acknowledge that any observation disproves it. Which is why the mainstream keeps ignoring observations that do contradict what they believe and which they can't dispute. And the mainstream will continue ignoring those observations until ... well ... the money runs out.
