Transverse vs Tesla's Longitudinal Electric Waves

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light? If you have a personal favorite theory, that is in someway related to the Electric Universe, this is where it can be posted.

Are you guys familiar with Konstantin Meyl?
He has some interesting opinions about longitudinal waves (among other things).

I agree with much of what Meyl says. I know that.....
Radio waves are not em waves.
Radio waves are not photons.
Radio waves travel at over c km/s, at least in the near field (only photons travel at c).

Radio waves are a forced wave/pulse/step of E by H, a kind of Heaviside transverse em TEM wave/pulse/step.

I dont know why Meyl says that radio waves are scalar (antennas are affected by direction hence are vector).
I dont understand why Meyl (Tesla) says there is something longitudinal not transverse.
And i dont understand why Meyl invokes neutrinopower. Surely it aint related to neutrinos.

Re Miguel Khoury's experiment. I wonder what might be the effect on his radio (sitting in a faraday cage) signal.........
(1) if the bifolar transmitter is rotated/turned to face other directions (up down left right away etc),
(2) or if the radio/cage is moved to other locations (above below left right behind etc).
(3) if the radio/cage is rotated/turned to face other directions (in the horizontal & in the vertical).

(1)&(2) might affect the loudness if the signal is (he says) longitudinal.
(3) might not affect the loudness if the signal is (he says) longitudinal.
But i dont know much about radio or electrics.
