He points out that DNA does not have any information for an organism's morphology (shape)
It all is to be found in the Bio-electric voltage patterns in the cells.
His work supports the FUNDAMENTAL nature of Bio-electricity.

In the mayerialist view of genetics, proteins coded for by DNA/RNA control an organism. But there is much more to the picture, because cells exchange bioelectrical information with one another so as to collectively instruct the whole what it is to become (e.g. an eye, lrg, face), and also when to stop.
