Could you expand on that? none of the constants are derived using G, he is using Columbus constant (k) and the magnitude of electrostatic charge (q) and distance (r). What am I missing?
Yeah, they aren't derived using G in this document because they
aren't derived there at all. If the author had wished to do it, he'd have to use G.
And I was wrong in the initial comment, as there are only 2 of them. But regardless.
His assumption is that there is a difference between attractive and repulsive constants, which cannot be detected by modern physics (this is absolutely true, no difference has ever been measured). So even neutral matter effectively behaves like oppositely charged. And this difference, if he was kind enough to show it explicitly, would have to be expressed through G. Because there is no other independent source of information about it (except gravity), since it is undetectable according to the author's own statement.
