[/quote]We have already had an anomalous result, Podkletnov measured a change in wt when one end of a beam balance was placed over the vertical axis of a disc spinning in the horizontal plane. I cant remember whether it was a wt increase (or a decrease).

If gravity is due to the acceleration of aether flowing into matter etc then that em stuff has to affect that acceleration.
Podkletnov says he achieved it. DePalma said he achieved it. They used spinning objects.
What they did is they centrifuged aether, & produced a faux-gravity.
They both also reported that they affected the ticking of clocks.
But they didnt have a clue as to what happened.
I think that both believed in aether, but they didnt invoke aether in their explanations as far as i am aware.

The theory is gravity is caused by ether itself and one can manipulate ether electrically to create pressure differences and vortexes in the ether itself in order to create artificial gravity, with right combination of electromagnetism and matter.

For this possible experiment, first you need a faraday cage large enough to fit pendulum and two trifield meters inside.
Put pendulum and two trifield meters inside the faraday cage. Ground the faraday cage so nothing electrically interferes with pendulum, and trifield meters inside measures no electric field and magnetic field so you know electromagnetic fields are not interfering with pendulum.

Outside the faraday cage will be your electronic equipments aiming at pendulum, like Tesla Coils in various coil geometry configurations and lot of top loads made of various elements to see which element electrically affect the ether significantly enough to create pressure differences and vortexes in ether.

Will the electrically charged top load made of heavy elements like lead, bismuth or radioactive metals or mixed elements affect ether significantly enough to create artificial gravity? Can the secondary coil of Tesla Coil geometry be configured by winding coil in a way that it will generate birkeland current? Can birkeland current create gravitational vortex in the ether? Will winding secondary coil in infinity symbol geometry enough to generate birkeland current? If you succeed in manipulating the ether, pendulum inside the faraday cage will move while trifield meters read nothing. This is how you can confirm the theory and get a step closer to electrically controlling gravity and figuring out what gravity is.
