I am very sorry. My observation was in error and my response was out of line.
sorry...
This has actually been a recurring trend that I've noticed with your comments. It's never intentional but a lot of what you say is misinterpreted because of the lack of tone and other verbal information that is lost in messages. Smilies make it worse.
I think you can agree that when you say
Since you are much smarter than I am, I thought a hint is all you needed...

It can very easily be misinterpreted that you are acting pretentiously.
Another factor that may be contributing to the problem is that your comments are self-deprecating. You have complimented the intelligence of others while disregarding your own. EU theory is very much a new paradigm, and while it may be assumed that everyone knows about the science they're discussing, we're all trying to investigate, learn, interpret, and scrutinize our ideas into something that could be true and testable. The thunderbolts community and this forum is all about that process.
Max Photon was not wrong to say that your photos were non sequiturs. He could have worded it less confrontationally, but this was all a product of a misinterpretation that your comments were a reproach to him.
What can be misunderstood will be misunderstood
These are all dangers from the lack of information provided from discussions in text, so the best way to avoid these unnecessary battles is to avoid relying on smilies to give our context facial body language and simply be clear and not cryptic to avoid things that can be misinterpreted.
That goes for everyone -- including myself -- which is why I talk like this on the forum.
