The Kaluza Klein mechanism simply gives a geometric explanation for the circle. It comes from an actual fifth dimension that has been curled up. This is primary angular momentum in APM, Planck's constant, which unites mass and charge, combined with the spherical constant creates subatomic particles.

We cannot directly visualize a hypersphere for the very reason that it is a 4-dimensional object and goes beyond our senses. What we can visualize, however, is a hypersphere in the form of 3-dimensional slices (as is displayed to the left). A hypersphere is in essence an array of 3 dimensional solid spheres that increase and then decrease in size. Define Dimension?
- Will you be answering my previous questions about defining DIMENSIONS? I'll repeat the questions.
- How is Dimension defined whereby there can be more than 3? There is length or distance as the first dimension, which is measurable as l^1; there is area, which is measurable as length squared: l^2; and there's volume, measurable as length cubed: l^3. The coordinates in 3-D are perpendicular to each other.
- How do you measure the 4th dimension and how can it be perpendicular to the other 3 dimensions? Logically, the 4th dimension should be length to the 4th power: l^4. How do you measure that?
