(As I preview this message, the URL is coming up as partially masked, but I think that's just because its within the same forum domain and directory; in the actual email, the full link is included - which anyway you can see if you hover over the link above.)
Now, when I go and look at this forum, I think there have been no recent posts. And furthermore, "p=52449" doesn't even seem to be a valid post number within this thread.
I observe this behavior to occur occasionally; does anyone have any ideas as to it's origin? Maybe I'm missing something? Or could this be an error occurring within the PHP code underlying this version of phpBB?

At the bottom of every thread, there's a "Subscribe topic" box you can check to get such notifications.
Part of the daily chores of admins/mods is deleting the accounts and posts of those who only sign up and post to spam the boards.
