Nice.An invisible shield, some 7,200 miles (11,600 km) above Earth, has been found blocking 'killer electrons' from bombarding our planet.
These electrons can whip around the planet at near-light speed and have been known to threaten astronauts, fry satellites and damage space systems.
If they hit Earth on a large scale, they could knock out power grids, radically changing the planet's climate and driving up rates of cancer.
But while scientists know this mysterious shield exists, they are baffled as to how it formed and how exactly it works.
'Somewhat like the shields created by force fields on Star Trek that were used to repel alien weapons, we are seeing an invisible shield blocking these electrons,' said Professor Daniel Baker from the University of Colorado Boulder.

By "charge field" Daniel may mean infrared radiation and possibly other EM radiation given off by all bodies.
Earth's surface is generally negatively charged, while the ionosphere is positive. If those electrons aren't able to reach the ionosphere and combine with positive ions there, then maybe IR does keep them away. But, if they do reach the ionosphere, if they somehow avoid combining with positive ions, they should be repelled from Earth anyway, by its negative charge.

The charge field is the near infrared photon field by Miles Mathis. Magnetism is photons. You can actually trace the magnetic field structure by following the route that the photons take. Ie Earth magnetism is strongest (reachest farthest) from the equator out, since most charge out is at the equator due to spin. We don't know any such thing, there are no images from space of the Sun, other than those that rely on Earths atmosphere to make it visible, or from instruments that can see what our eyes can not. Miles should quit working from assumptions.
