"We were amazed...." ...for the millionth time

Unread post by meemoe_uk » Tue Nov 19, 2013 9:34 pm

One of the amusing side effects of conventional space science being so badly flawed is, despite hundreds of years of accumulated experience i.e. billions of man-hours and billions of dollars worth of equipment and infrastructure, astronomers time and again, can't understand or predict what they are seeing thru their 'scopes. This basically means conventional space science is falsified and subsequently botched up with just about every single new space phenomena observed.
That conventional astro-physics is the most failed and reworked mess of theory ever created by man doesn't phase conventional astronomers one bit. But it is funny to read them endlessly saying " We were amazed... " " Totally unexpected... " " defies theory.... " thruout their whole careers.

Just thought it would be nice to create thread to collect all the " we were amazed " news reports by conventional astronomers.

starting with this one posted recently in another thread.

"We were literally dumbfounded..."

Sorry to bother with such minor detail, but you forgot the "h" on your link.

*edit*
"Astronomers say it is possible the asteroid's rotation rate increased to the point where its surface started flying apart."

Sorry, LOL, couldn't resist! It does NOT even resemble a disc, which would be the expected behavior by explaining this phenomena with gravity alone.

Astronomers Find Bizarre Planet-Mass Object Orbiting Neutron Star

so bizarre and so quick, initially I figured that our observations must simply be wrong - some apparent dust seems to disappear

bizarre X-shaped intruder... - they reckon its 2 asteroids collided

But we were genuinely surprised at how strong it actually was. - they found a 'magnetar'

an unexpected outflow - they try make sense of a galactic central plasmoid with their blackhole model.

The behaviour of this pulsar is quite startling - variable pulsar doesn't fit in with the conventional model

Mystery Intergalactic Radio Bursts Detected - some cosmic electric discharges stumps convention

This result is a puzzle, - dark matter alchemists clonk heads over their unworkable theory

Brightest Explosion In the Universe Ever Seen Defies Astronomy Theories - conventional astronomy can't accommodate the gamma rays of galactic current

some of our long-held theories about stars like this need to be put on the critical list - a star doesn't behave like convention said it would

Cosmic 'train wreck' defies dark matter theories - dark matter theory leaves own believers in the dark

lol, the discharge off Ison tricked the conventionals into thinking it had been destroyed. Looks like another " we were totally gobsmacked.. " news report link is already in the bag.
