Electric Universe Archive (PDFs)

Unread post by MGmirkin » Tue Feb 26, 2013 10:31 pm

During my down time over the last year away from the forum I've been slowly and privately working on some projects. One of them is the creation of the following archives of Electric Universe-related materials. This collection/archival effort is largely due to the endless mumblings of compatriots and detractors alike that our information is scattered to the 4 winds across the interwebs, thus making it far too difficult to assimilate it all before asking cogent (or silly) questions. Hopefully these are a means toward the end of alleviating the problem of "scattered" Electric Universe reference materials.

I've combed through the original sources, cleaned them up, reformatted them, inserted hyperlinked tables of contents, gave them a wash and a wax. Now they're fully bookmarked, fully searchable, reasonably thorough archives of many things Electric Universe...

Want references to "London force" or "Van der Waals" or "subtrons"? Want "anodes," "cathodes," "positive columns," "plasmoids?" Looking for every reference to the brilliant pioneers: Bruce, Juergens & Alfvén? Just plug the search terms into Adobe Reader's "find" box and away you go!

Without further ado, I present to you the Electric Universe archives:

(THOTH -- A Catastrophics Newsletter)

(The Holoscience Archive)

(Legacy TPOD Chronological Archive)

(Electric Cosmos)
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0ByYRMBA ... sp=sharing

(The Don Scott Scholarly Collection)

I'll note that Google has a bad habit of trying to "display" media files in the web browser using its own display applet. But more often than not, it doesn't work right. So, it's simply better to "download" the original PDF files themselves and view them on your own computer via Adobe Reader or an equivalent program. If I recall correctly, Google may either give you a "Download" button to click or it may display a menu at the top and "Download" or "Download Original" may be an option nestled somewhere in the 'File' menu?

The permissions for all the PDFs are set to "Anyone with the link can view." So, no login or other credentials should be required in order to download the file...

Anyway, the original source documents are located here (for posterity & credit where due):

McGmirkin, I really appreciate your huge effort making this fascinating material available, organized and legible to go through it.
Thank you very much.

Fantastic, Michael. Thanks for expending all the energy and effort into compiling this information into an easily accessible location. It's in my bookmarks now and will serve me well in the near future.

Another excellent thread started by MGmirkin!
It is very pleasing to finally see someone else online doing what Mr. Kamel and me have doing for 5 years now!
In particular, we have made archives on Skydrive, and shared public links to them online. For example, those URLs are on Jae Kamel's FB page, see "website" and "contact" there. We share that FB account.
So, good work! If you want to see our archives so far, there are a couple of folders that we have used for EU-related documents and materials. See for example here: http://bit.ly/qh4KzU , here http://sdrv.ms/LaECS , and http://sdrv.ms/Ks0dGv , and here: http://bit.ly/rSF161 .

Postscript to MGmirkin-
Since you're linking to primarily documents, I think that you would most especially like to see this http://sdrv.ms/1099t4V . You know, we first started studying the plasma science and electric universe books and materials, in about 2002, thanks to Don Scott's old websites. 10 years is a long time to wait; but we're still delighted to see this website, holoscience, and a few others like this, doing so well. So, please feel free to share the links to our folders or share the documents with anyone you'd like to. We've been telling people for about the last 5 years that there is a revolution in science taking place right now, and it is astonishing how many people still don't know what we're talking about. So, that's why we maintain those archives for free, for anyone that is interested.
Jone Dae.
P.S. MGmirkin, you're also welcome to to comment on or follow my blogs at jonedae.wordpress.com . I publish our Lists there, and they have, of course, many organized and annotated links to everything electromagnetic - biology, cosmology, astronomy, all scales.

Is there any chance of looking at those files without having to sign in to a Microsoft account, please?
If not I will of course perfectly understand - i am simply paranoid about the amount of data these folks are collecting thanks to a very nasty experience with PayPal recently.
You will never get a man to understand something his salary depends on him not understanding.

To Neil Wilkes,
The skydrive files are all public access. Normally, the file or document just opens in your browser. So, if it's asking for a sign-in, that's a Hotmail SNAFU, or rather a Skydrive SNAFU. Try the link again. If you see a file you want to view just clink on it, and ignore the sign-in. If that doesn't work for you, let me know and I'll make a work-around.

Addendum:

I just tried the link, and it went directly to the pdfs folder. That's in an account that I am not signed into, and it asked for no sign-in. I clicked on the first link, No "Black Hole" Binary in Nova Scorpii, which was published in a double-blind, peer reviewed international research journal, and the pdf loaded there in my browser. Here's another link to it, if you want to verify my result; https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=78a12b64 ... 10973!3608
Neil, just try the link again, you may have just hit a skydrive glitch that day.
