Just came across this edited video of the SOHO satelite captures, comparing the Sun's activity during 2003 and 2009.

This visual difference surely must have been measured in more technical terms (solar radiation, incoming flux etc.). Does anyone know? How does it correlate with temperatures on Earth - any reliable data around? According to wikipedia it's nothing to mention:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_variation
The intensity of solar radiation reaching the Earth has been relatively constant throughout the last 2000 years, with variations of around 0.1-0.2%.

Hi Goldminer,
There was an extensive thread on the old forum which crashed and much was lost, however through the hard work of arc-us, a lot was saved. These saved threads are all titled "Recovered: (original thread title)"
There is one on the Iron Sun named "Recovered: Iron Sun Theories", linked here:
http://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/forum/phpB ... ?f=3&t=148
There are posts in that thread from Michael Mozina, who is the author of the site to which you linked.
Note: the posts are all from arc-us, but the beginning of the post tells you who the OP (original poster) was.
