Here is an article about something called black light energy, or the black light torch.

What is not described in this article, is that they used parts per million pieces of metal, which became colloidal in the oxygen and hydrogen mix in the pressurized tank for the welder.

This torch is at ambient 214 degrees Fahrenheit, but when touched to skin, it is cold. When put to different other materials, it can reach and exceed up to 10,000 degrees f.

What might this mean for plasma cosmology?

From your link I found a page about artefacts that include the stones found at La Mana. Yet searching further I see no 'official' discussion of them. If a hoax, they seem impressive, but are they ignored by the professionals because they believe they just can not possibly be real?
They seem to show a large island where Atlantis was supposed to have been, and an island roughly where the Galapagos islands are. This leads me wonder if it may have been land sinking in some areas that caused the stories of the great flood, rather than the water rising to the mountain tops?
Not familiar with Klaus Dona, and very little mention on TB site. Haven't watched it yet, but found this vid on youtube where he mentions them.
