and it is not the wind so to speak. We have a tree outside of our dining room
that we have two 'house' type bird feeders hanging from limbs by four foot
steel rods of a 1/4" thickness. Then we have an earthen birdhouse(heavy) that
hangs by a eight foot long dog chain and off another limb hangs a gnome by
an seven foot dog chain. I don't know the actual size of these chains, but
they are of small links. The bird feeders are plastic, the earthen pot is, well
earthen and the gnome is maybe some sort of resin. Anyway, last year I tried
to pay attention to them as the weather would change. To make a long story
short, when the weather would change these items would rotate counter-
clockwise anywhere (my guess) from 35 degrees to well over 300 degrees
depending on weather system. Like I said, they rotated counter-clockwise
all year except for two weeks after winter solstice, they rotated clockwise
for two weeks. Now that is the stumper. Two weeks?? So, what is making
these items rotate then go back to zero degrees. Oh, they are not affected
by wind, temperature, heat or barometer. They will stay at whatever degree
they go to even in the wind. Idea or theory?

Re: something moving above the soil
This could also be linked to another "puzzle" as to why do the Northern Lights occur most around the Equinox? From a Gravity Universe it makes no sense but in an Electrical Universe it does. If the Earth is in a circuit and is an electrial component then its angle and distance from the sun must change its properties.
I have wondered if the Earths properties or circuits change around these points and maybe your hanging gnome shows this effect? Does anyone know of other stuff that happens around the Solstice or Equinox?
The solstice is when the earths North and South Pole (where the current/plasma/energy flows into and out of the earth) is either pointed more directly at the sun or furthest away from the sun, perhaps also allowing more current or energy to flow into and out of the Earth?
The equinox is when the poles are pointing neither towards or away from the sun but upwards and to the side (or maybe cutting the plane?) and either side of the Earth receives the same amount of sunlight.
Also could we go into different types of either Solar wind or whatever goes towards the sun in the exchange around the Winter Solace? Maybe this happens at various stages on our journey around the sun, we could hit more patches of slow and fast solar wind and also different feedback wind to the sun?
Hopefully one of the more "electrical" people will be able to explain the Earth, Suns and the Poles in the EU circuit a bit further and correct anything that i have got wrong.

Re: something moving above the soil
As I mentioned previously about the items being rotated,
they are doing the same thing this year. Sometimes they
will stay at a fixed degree for days on end before going back to
zero degrees. South up here in Montana? It's not a very
strong force,so to speak. Would it be electrical or magnetic
that is turning these items. Whatever it is, it moves across
the surface constantly. More powerful ahead of any type
of weather change.
Come on people, anybody have any ideals. This is EU stuff
now,lets get on it.
Heck I've seen power lines vibrate three feet in a snow storm, for an hour.

Re: something moving above the soil
Could it not be something moving above the soil but something happening below?
Telluric currents flow around the world through the ground. Weather fronts are energy events, they have a potential energy difference to the rest of the atmosphere around them. This also has to include the ground around them.
So when a weather front is approaching, depending on the charge or electrical state of the ground in your area, would the local Telluric currents change or would this change the magnetic field in your area?
Can you measure the magnetic/electrical properties of the air, the objects and the ground to see what changes over time?
