plasma magnets?

I've just come up with a hunch, that the scientific world is working in the
wrong direction on this electricity thing. I think that everything that they
think about electricity is totally asinine.
So called,outer space, is totally plasma operated, not electrical.
Electricity is man made on this planet. Now plasma hitting a rock
with an atmosphere 'may' as used in most all or all scientific
theory's produce AC or DC current, nobody knows about it as
of today.
Come on give me your best theory's.
On a smaller side note,these space agency's should be looking
like high heaven in this small solar system and they would be
really surprised at what they would find, instead of looking far,far
away into nowhere where a computer programer puts their
imagination into animation for all to gawk at, that has no meaning
what so ever, and wasting all of our money's.
