The actual color of the pupil is black. That the Horus Eye series includes only six components and needs a magically obtained seventh part to make this divine unit complete was therefore not due to any lack of computing skills among the pharaonic scribes. This system may be based on the same reasons why the common cubit was six palms long and needed a seventh palm to make it a royal and thus perfect or complete cubit, the measuring unit used for all sacred construction.
The magical power of the seventh part to complete a higher and holier unit than the common one composed of six parts may also be the reason why the later Hebrews, who relied on Egyptian mathematical methods and measuring concepts, had a week of six work days plus a seventh day belonging to God that made it complete and perfect.

We are in a very powerful time period and we have the ability right now to heal the lost chord of our Solar System. About 200,000 years ago or thereabouts, the planet Maldek (Lucifer) was destroyed by the dark lords. This started the Great War in our part of the Universe. When Maldek was destroyed we lost the chord of E sharp, also called Xymox.
The story of the fall of Lucifer refers to this planet being blown apart by a low frequency beam from the dark lords. The dark lords were jealous of the beings that lived on Maldek because they lived on a very blissful planet.
It says in the book, The Arcturus Probe by Jose Arguelles, that the creation of Adam and Eve of the genesis story occurred on Maldek. It says, "Eve is of the serpent sprung, Adam called forth by the wizard. Thus the original tribes of the Serpent were female, and those of the Wizard, male."

The Sun was on 17 degrees Cancer and was lined up with the star Sirius. The moon was in a perfect 90 degree angle to the Sun, which activated both Sirius and our Sun. The planet Mars, and the new dwarf planet Ceres were on 9 degrees Taurus. This is the degree of Atlantis. This planetary aspect opened a time tunnel to Sirius and old Atlantis energy.
Time is circular and we just reached the point in time when the Atlantis energy is once again open to us. This note is a beautiful color of green, which is also known as the color of creation.
The Bible says that in the beginning the planets sang together. When we lost the planet called Maldek or Lucifer, our whole system went out of synch. Now we have the opportunity to restore that lost chord. This chord has already been restored in the higher dimension. The masters of light worked on healing the Leo constellation for a long time and they were successful. Now it's our turn to heal it on Earth.

Two bizarre features seen on radar over the North West and South East of Australia today (Jan 22, 2010)
The ring over the south east appeared approximately 30 seconds before the bizarre red star over the northwest
I have received E-mails from all over Australia today reporting this rather extraordinary feature captured on the Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology radar site. This follows a series of so far u-explained features seen on Australian national radars since the 15th. For a while radar from the Melbourne Airport facility was out of action ( see below). Another strange ring appeared today over the South East of the
country as seen below.
Today has been very lively surrounding this debate over what some are suggesting are weather modification experiments now under way over huge country.
I have received data also today that shows the HAARP facility has been ramped up (see their own monitoring data below).
One anonymous source sent me details that he claims to account for the large ring which started this article, that which appeared on the 15th. I would not normally publish material from anonymous sources but in this occasion somehow it seemed right that I should.
Below some of the e-mails today that people who were good enough to let me know what they were seeing on the national radar in Australia.
Similar images can be located on the

The give away is the fact that it is a ring, with a clear area inside. As a former Navy radar technician I am familiar with almost any type of radar return and what is displayed is actually impossible unless you are familiar with Tom Beardens description of a “fourier transformed scalar wave” and how it “just appears” at a certain point. A “slow” scalar wave is transmitted; then a “faster” scalar wave is transmitted. When the faster wave overtakes the slower wave, the two waves “pair couple” and create a standing wave at that point. If you transmit this with an omni-directional antenna, you have a “bubble” or “shield” around the transmitting station / area.
Could not help seeing one comment re the unusual rings in the Kalgoorlie SW Oz area.
A few years ago, a guy named Harry Mason did some investigating of unusual aerial phenomena in the Kalgoorlie area. It also covered the use of a sheep station by the Japanese sect (aum supreme?) that set off the Tokyo underground gas attack and Mason implied they were using the station to experiment with some Tesla or scalar device.
I am sure I saw it in Nexus mag or hard evidence magazine (aust publications). Also the "over the horizon radar" I believe is based out near a town called Laverton north of Kalgoorlie.
From what I have been able to determine there is one of these scalar wave emitters in every capital city in Oz, plus Tocumwal, Halls Creek, Mackay, Alice Springs, south of the gulf, Broome and some town or military base southeast of Perth plus I'm convinced they have a portable device that is used frequently.
What is more incredible and unbelievable is the view of the sky from anywhere within the range of these things when there is the visible action from the electronic manipulation and/or the aerial onslaught by aircraft. Here is explained a new kind of resonance: scalar EM resonance, or electrogravitational resonance.
First, imagine we have a standard resonant cavity. In this cavity we have a resonant EM wave moving back and forth. In accordance with convention, the E-field vector and the B-field vector are at right angles in this moving wave front. As the wave moves back and forth, the vectors vary back and forth; however, at any one point between the walls, the two vectors always have the same value. Thus our resonant EM wave forms a standing wave in the cavity.
Now imagine that a second wave front, precisely like the first and of the same frequency, is superposed over the first one and travels with it. This second wave — the “antiwave” — has its force vectors 180 degrees out of phase with the force vectors of the reference wave. Hence the E-fields and B-fields of the two superposed waves always sum to vector zeros, anywhere in the cavity. To an external observer, the cavity contains no ordinary electromagnetic force fields, hence no ordinary EM energy.

If we interfere two transmitters in a region of great energy–such as the molten core of the earth itself–and bias the transmitters negatively, we can extract enormous energy directly from that distant source!
Indeed, a slight variation of this effect is precisely how the Soviet Union obtains the enormous energy with which to power its incredibly powerful strategic “continent-buster” scalar EM weapons. Scalar frequency pairs -- 12 kilohertz apart -- are transmitted into the earth itself on some portion of the earth’s “giant scalar resonance” frequency curve. Biasing the two transmitters differently with respect to each other produces a high potential difference (voltage) between them. At the same time, biasing them both negative with respect to the earth’s molten core produces a scalar resonance current from the core to the two transmitters. In the “outer loop” between the two scalar transmitters, there appears a gigantic voltage and gigantic electrical current which can be captured by appropriate means. This electrical power is tapped off and transmitted to incredibly powerful scalar EM weapon systems. There, special accumulators and switchers are utilized to provide awesome amounts of power to each weapon.

TESLA’S “BIG EYE” FOR REMOTE VIEWING
Nikola Tesla planned a very special use for his endothermic scalar interferometer. He planned to produce what he called his “big eye to see at a distance.”
The system used to accomplish this is only weakly endothermic, so that only a small amount of energy is extracted from the distant target. Also, the beams are “scanned” by an open receiver, time-wise, from side to side and top to bottom. By scanning yet another single beam through the intersection zone and phasing its pulses, an even better representation can be obtained. Thus the receiver produces a representation of the energy extracted from various locations within the distant endothermic zone. By displaying the received signals on an appropriately scanned screen, a representation of the distant scene can be created. This is a special kind of “microwave interferometry,” and with modern techniques the imagery obtained can be surprisingly good.

Of particular interest is the hemispherical shell of energy which years ago was dubbed the “Tesla Shield.”
Two scalar hemispherical surfaces are created, using multiple frequency transmitters and truncated Fourier series expansions. Interference of the two scalar hemispheres creates a great, glowing hemispherical shell of ordinary electromagnetic energy. In the shell, the energy density is sufficient to lift Dirac matter from the Dirac sea of vacuum. The shell is thus filled with a glowing plasma.
Such a shell may be several hundreds of miles in diameter at the base. The enormous energy required to form such a defense shell is obtained by a “scalar power tap” into the molten core of the earth itself as previously explained. In late April/early May of 1985, 27 such “power taps” were placed in the earth by the Soviets. If each tap is capable of powering 4 to 6 large scalar EM weapons, then the Soviet strategic scalar EM arsenal contains over 100 monstrous superweapons capable of generating exothermic explosions, endothermic explosions, engineering the weather, locating and destroying underwater submarines, detecting and destroying ballistic missiles shortly after launch, detecting and destroying long range strategic bombers as soon as they are airborne, etc.

Very neat things can be done if one “nests” several Tesla shields say three or four concentrically, one inside the other. In that case even the nuclear radiation (such as gamma rays) from a defense-suppressive high altitude nuclear burst can be handled.
For example, suppose three such concentric shields are placed over a large vital area. Further, suppose a high altitude nuclear burst is placed above the outer shield. Gamma radiation almost instantly strikes the plasma in the outer shell, where it is absorbed, scattered, and re-radiated at a lower temperature. (That after all is what plasmas do.) Inside the first shell, the scattered radiation is now in the x-ray and ultra violet region. Let us track the most lethal component, the x-rays.
The scattered x-rays then strike the second plasma shell, and are absorbed scattered and re-radiated at a lower temperature. Inside the second shell the scattered radiation is now in the visible and infrared region, with a little ultraviolet.
This optical radiation in turn strikes the third plasma shell, and is absorbed scattered and re-radiated at still lower temperature. Inside the third shell, most of the energy is now in the form of radio frequency (RF) energy, with a little IR and visible band spectral energy content.
At this point, ordinary electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding of electronic equipment on the ground inside the third shield can take care of any RF interference resulting from the emergent RF noise.
As can be seen, three shells are sufficient to convert the gamma and x-ray radiation (and ultraviolet and infrared) mostly to harmless RF energy before all three shells are penetrated. Thus the tactic of deliberate defense suppression by a preliminary high altitude nuclear burst can be countered by multiple Tesla shields.
In addition, of course, any ordinary vehicles penetrating all three shields are exposed to successive violent EMP’s and are almost certainly electrically dudded. The vehicles are also subjected to multiple periods of intense heating, so combustibles, fuels, explosives, and ablatives are destroyed. In addition, metal structures may be melted or vaporized.

Following a cross-volley of interpretations of the Dec. 9, 2009 blue-green light vortex over Norway on the eve of Barack Obama’s Nobel Prize acceptance, two researchers have independently posited that HAARP, a space-based weapon of mass destruction one of whose antenna fields is close to the site of the Norwegian spiral light.
According to one of the researchers, David Wilcock, one of his confidential sources stated the Norway spiral light was part of Project Blue Beam.
One of the alleged purposes of Project Blue Beam is the use of advanced electromagnetic imaging such as that produced by HAARP and exhibited in the Norway spiral light as a psychological mass conditioning device in aid of the implementation of a global corporate new world order.
If this analysis is accurate, the Norwegian light may have been a HAARP-induced effect attempting to anchor an extraterrestrial-like or “transcendent” aura around U.S. President Barack Obama’s Nobel Prize acceptance speech in Oslo the following day, Nov. 10
According to Mr. Wilcock, the Dec. 9, 09 Norway spiral light is similar to other spiral lights in Russia in 2006, and in China (first seen in April 2009) that may be attributed to the HAARP technology.
Mr. Wilcock states that the plasma effects exhibited by the Norway light were too dense to have been produced by a failed Russian missile. He reiterates that HAARP is most probably the cause of the spiral lights.
Researcher Richard Hoagland notes that “just over the hill from Tromso [where the spiral light appeared], lies a high-tech Norwegian ‘HAARP antenna farm’ -- the EISCAT Ramfjordmoen facility -- specifically designed to broadcast powerful beams of microwave energy high into space ... thereby also creating blatant HD/torsion side-effects in the Earth's highly-electrified upper "plasma" atmosphere (ionosphere)? The facility is officially supported by Norway, Sweden, Finland, Japan ... China ... the United Kingdom ... and Germany.”

Engineered Earthquakes & Hoaxed 'Discoveries'
The first step in the NASA Blue Beam Project concerns the breakdown [re-evaluation] of all archaeological knowledge. It deals with the set-up, with artificially created earthquakes at certain precise locations on the planet, of supposedly new discoveries which will finally explain to all people the "error" of all fundamental religious doctrines. What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the world where scientific and archaeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will be possible for scientists to rediscover those arcane mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines.
The Big Space Show in the Sky
The second step in the NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic 'space show' with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith.
There are two different aspects of step two.
The first is the 'space show.' Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events.
The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale.
