- At-the-door registration is $200US per person for Sunday, January 8, 2012
- Online and Telephone registration is closed
The registration fee covers all conference events Sunday.
Take advantage of our special, limited $89US room rate
- A special room rate of $89US per night plus 12% Clark County Room Tax has been negotiated with the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. This special room rate applies to a limited number of blocked rooms and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
- Immediately after your registration is confirmed, you will be sent an email with the Special Room Rate Group Code to reserve your room directly with the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. This email will also contain both a toll-free number and a unique on-line reservation link.
- The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will initially only charge your credit card for your first night’s reservation no matter how many nights you reserve.
- There are no additional resort fees at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.

- Individual conference days may be purchased at the door. Seating may be limited and is subject to availability.
- Sunday only: $200US per person
- Only USA cash and credit cards will be accepted as payment on-site.
- Additional tickets for the Sunday Evening Banquet on January 8, 2012 will not be available for on-site purchase without an advanced reservation.
- Admission to individual panels and/or talks will not be available for purchase at any time.
IMPORTANT:
- Our conference is scheduled to occur just a few days prior to the Consumer Electronics Show 2012, Las Vegas’ largest annual convention. Because of the enormous number of people that pour into Las Vegas during this time, we strongly recommend that you make your room reservations early. Please note it is even more important to book early if you plan to stay at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, since our Special Room Rate for $89US applies to a limited number of blocked rooms.
