The Discovery of the Icosahedral-Dodecahedral structure of the Universe

From the very beginning of formation of the doctrine about harmony it became clear to the Greek philosophers, that the harmonic ratio of parts of the whole should be expressed through numerical ratio. This thought in the ancient art becomes the main thing and the greatest contribution to development of the numerical view on harmony was made Pythagoreans. Aristotle wrote about the main idea of the Pythagoreans:

"A Number is the essence of all things, and the organization of the Universe in all its definitions represents in general the harmonic system of numbers and their ratios".

About what ratios spoke Aristotle? Responding this question it is necessary to tell about two achievements of the Pythagorean science: (1) about the "Principle of multiple relations" formulated by Pythagoreans for the first time and (2) about the "division of the line segment in extreme and middle ratio" called later by the "golden section".

The number of 10 is considered by the Pythagoreans as the highest value. They called it as a "tetraxis". As is known the "tetraxis" can be presented as the sums of four first natural numbers (10 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4) and it carried a special ideological load in the Pythagorean doctrine.

The unit or "Monada" of 1, according to Pythagoras, meant a spirit and all visible world follows from it. From the unit of 1 the "deuce" or the "dyad" (2 = 1 + 1) symbolized the material atom followed. By taking in itself the unit 1, the "dyad" was transformed into the "triad" (3 = 2 + 1) symbolized the living world. The living world (the "triad") plus the unit of 1 produces the "tetrad" (4 = 3 + 1) symbolized the Whole, that is, the visible and invisible world. As the "tetraxis" 10 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4, it meant that it expressed by itself "Everything".

As it appeared, the internal proportions of the "teraxis" are found among many natural phenomena of the objective world, in particular, in the law of the cord oscillation. The musical row proportions constructed on this basis provided the best, harmonic consonance: the ratio of each member of the "tetraxis" to the previous one gave the "octave" (2:1), the "quinte" (3:2), the "quarto" (4:3).

So with the sound wave process for the first time in the history of science the major property of all sound waves (their multiplicity) was revealed. The "Musical harmony " discovered by means of the "tetraxis" analysis was confirmed through experience with a traditional cord.

A belief in the universality of the "tetraxis" principle developed step-by-step and this prepared the basis for transferring this model to the Cosmos.

Plato's cosmology is based on the regular polyhedrons called "Platonic Solids". Each of Plato's Solids symbolized one of the five "beginnings" or "elements": tetrahedron - the body of fire; octahedron - the body of air; a hexahedron (cube) - the body of the Earth; regular icosahedron - the body of water; dodecahedron - the body of the Universe.

Plato's cosmology became the basis of the so-called icosahedro-dodecahedral doctrine. The basis of this doctrine is the fact that the dodecahedron and regular icosahedron are typical forms of nature in all its manifestations starting with the cosmos and finishing with the micro-cosmos.

The problem with the shape of the Earth has occupied the minds of scientists since ancient times. When the hypothesis about the spherical form of the Earth gained scientific ground, there arose the idea that the Earth represents was a dodecahedron. Plato wrote: "The Earth, if one looks at it from above, is similar to a ball consisting of 12 skin pieces". Thus Plato's hypothesis found further scientific development in works of physicists, mathematicians and geologists.

In the last few years the hypothesis about the icosahedro-dodecahedral form of the Earth was subjected to verification. To do this the scientists combined the axis of the dodecahedron with the axis of the terrestrial globe and when gyrating around it, the polyhedron aligned its edges to coincide with the gigantic disturbances of the Earth's crust. By taking the regular icosahedron as a polyhedron, they established that its edges coincided with still smaller-sized partitions of Earth's crust (mountain ranges, etc.). These observations confirmed the hypothesis about the proximity of the tectonic framework of Earth's crust with the forms of the dodecahedron and icosahedron.

The hubs of the hypothetical geo-crystal appear as though they are the centers of certain anomalies on the planet: in them all global centers of extreme atmospheric pressure, and regions of the hurricanes origin are arranged; in one of the hubs of the regular icosahedron (in Gabon) the natural nuclear reactor that worked 1,7 milliard years ago was found. The gigantic mineral deposits are dated for many hubs of the polyhedrons, anomalies an animal pattern (the lake of Baikal), centers of development of cultures of mankind (Ancient Egypt, Northern Mongolia etc.).

A long time it was believed that in the inorganic realm, Nature did not use the dodecahedron and the icosahedron having "pentagonal" symmetry axis; but the “pentagonal” symmetry axis is a constant part of organic materials.

The discovery of the quasi-crystals (based on the regular icosahedron) in 1984 by Israeli physicist Dan Shechtman became the outstanding event in modern physics. This discovery showed that the "pentagonal" symmetry and the icosahedral form play a fundamental role in crystallography.

Dan Winter further develops the icosahedro-dodecahedral model of the Earth, He proves that the angle described by the Earth's spin axis during its precession for 26 000 years is equal to 32°. It is equal to the same angle used when it is necessary to incline the cube and gyrate it around its axis (with five stops) to get the dodecahedron. In Winter’s opinion, the power skeleton of the Earth is a dodecahedron inscribed into the icosahedron, which, in turn, is inscribed into the second dodecahedron. The geometrical ratios between the indicated polyhedrons are represented by the golden section.

The dodecahedral structure, in Winter’s opinion, is inherent not only in the power skeleton of the Earth, but also in the constitution of living material. So, during division of the ovule it forms first as the tetrahedron from four cells, then the octahedron, the cube, and, at last, the icosahedro-dodecahedral frame of the gastrula. And most important it is the structure of the genetic code of life itself as represented by the four-dimensional development (on the time axis) of rotated dodecahedron! Thus, it appears that the entire Universe from the Meta-Galaxy down to the living cell is constructed by one principle - infinitely entered into, each inherent in the other with the dodecahedron and icosahedron being among themselves in the proportion of the golden section!

The Dual of a Solid

There are two important relationships between the dodecahedron and the icosahedron. First, the mid-points of the faces of the dodecahedron define the points on an icosahedron and the mid-points of the faces of an icosahedron define a dodecahedron. The same is true of the cube and the octahedron. If we try it with a tetrahedron, we just get another tetrahedron. Each is called the dual of the other solid where the number of edges in each pair is the same, but the number of faces of one is the number of points of the other, and vice-versa. Within the spherical center of large masses is a neutral center. John Keely worked extensively with the vibrational neutral centers of resonating masses. I define the neutral center as a point at which the gravitational field sums to zero but the gravitational potential is quite high. If sufficiently high, time slows to a crawl and becomes imaginary, meaning spacetime breaks down and opens a window into other dimensions and densities.
Neutral centers can be created electromagnetically via radially converging or diverging electric current pulses, via spherical standing waves in piezoelectric materials or via the radial null vectors of large masses as described above.

The earth’s own neutral center is a dimensional window that vibrates at frequencies resonant with the earth’s own spherical harmonics. I’m not certain whether these spherical harmonics correlate to mechanical, electromagnetic, or gravitational vibrations. Whatever the case, standing waves are set up that create equally spaced node and antinodal points on earth’s surface. These points are spaced in various configurations matching the Platonic solids: tetrahedron, octahedron, cube, icosahedron, and dodecahedron.

These standing waves pull from the central dimensional window multiple vortical conduits. Unlike a neutral center which has a null point in the middle of a sphere, these vortical conduits have a null axis inside a tubular vortex. They pierce the earth’s surface at the aforementioned node or antinode points.
Thus, there are dimensional window points spaced equally apart on the earth’s surface – these are the primary earth grid points and correspond to the vertices of the Platonic solids. Their electromagnetic configuration includes little if any magnetic, electric, or gravitational components except in special circumstances at special times. Their primary electromagnetic structure consists of potential fields, both magnetic, electric, and gravitational potential, which are not easily detectable.

Based on calculations, one possible magnetic profile of such a conduit should consist of circular magnetic fields that are weakest at the center and increase in magnitude with distance from the center, a vector plot looking similar to how wheat is laid down in crop circles. This is exactly the reverse of how ordinary magnetic fields behave, which drop off with distance instead.

So assuming the earth grid network is distributed like the corners of Platonic solids, plotting the grid would require placing each solid within the globe, aligning one vertex to a chosen geographic location and rotating the rest of the vertices to find all other points. Each type of fundamental particle has a 'twin' in their theory, where ordinary photons can interact with ordinary electrons, but never with mirror electrons or mirror photons. The Point

At the center of a circle or a sphere is always an infinitesimal point. The point needs no dimension, yet embraces all dimension. Transcendence of the illusions of time and space result in the point of here and now, our most primal light of consciousness.

The Square Root of Two

The square root of 2 embodies a profound principle of the whole being more than the sum of its parts. (The square root of two equals about 1.414213562...) The orthogonal dimensions (axes at right angles) form the conjugal union of the horizontal and vertical which give birth to the greater offspring of the hypotenuse. The new generation possesses the capacity for synthesis, growth, integration and reconciliation of polarities by spanning both perspectives equally. The root of two originating from the square leads to a greater unity, a higher expression of its essential truth, faithful to its lineage.

The Golden Ratio

The golden ratio (a.k.a. phi ratio a.k.a. sacred cut a.k.a. golden mean a.k.a. divine proportion) is another fundamental measure that seems to crop up almost everywhere, including crops.

(The golden ratio is about 1.618033988749894848204586834365638117720309180...) The golden ratio is the unique ratio such that the ratio of the whole to the larger portion is the same as the ratio of the larger portion to the smaller portion. As such, it symbolically links each new generation to its ancestors, preserving the continuity of relationship as the means for retracing its lineage.

The Square Root of 3 and the Vesica Piscis

The Vesica Piscis is formed by the intersection of two circles or spheres whose centers exactly touch. This symbolic intersection represents the "common ground", "shared vision" or "mutual understanding" between equal individuals. The ratio of the axes of the form is the square root of 3, which alludes to the deepest nature of the triune which cannot be adequately expressed by rational language alone.

Spirals:

This spiral generated by a recursive nest of Golden Triangles (triangles with relative side lengths of 1, phi and phi) is the classic shape of the Chambered Nautilus shell. The creature building this shell uses the same proportions for each expanded chamber that is added; growth follows a law which is everywhere the same. The outer triangle is the same as one of the five "arms" of the pentagonal graphic above.

Toroids:

Rotating a circle about a line tangent to it creates a torus, which is similar to a donut shape where the center exactly touches all the "rotated circles." The surface of the torus can be covered with 7 distinct areas, all of which touch each other; an example of the classic "map problem" where one tries to find a map where the least number of unique colors are needed. In this 3-dimensional case, 7 colors are needed, meaning that the torus has a high degree of "communication" across its surface.

Dimensionality:

The progression from point (0-dimensional) to line (1-dimensional) to plane (2-dimensional) to space (3-dimensional) and beyond leads us to the question - if mapping from higher order dimensions to lower ones loses vital information, does our "fixation" with a 3-dimensional space introduce crucial distortions in our view of reality that a higher-dimensional perspective would not lead us to?

There is a wealth of good literature on this subject; it's always fascinating how nature propagates the same essence regardless of the magnitude of its expression...our spirit is spaceless yet can manifest aspects of its individuality at any scale.

Perfect Right Triangles”

The 3/4/5, 5/12/13 and 7/24/25 triangles are examples of right triangles whose sides are whole numbers. The 3/4/5 triangle is contained within the so-called "King's Chamber" of the Great Pyramid, along with the 2/3/root5 and 5/root5/2root5 triangles, utilizing the various diagonals and sides.

The Platonic Solids:

The 5 Platonic solids (Tetrahedron, Cube or (Hexahedron), Octahedron, Dodecahedron and Icosahedron) are ideal, primal models of crystal patterns that occur throughout the world of minerals in countless variations. These are the only five regular polyhedra, that is, the only five solids made from the same equilateral, equiangular polygons. To the Greeks, these solids symbolized fire, earth, air, spirit (or ether) and water respectively. The cube and octahedron are duals, meaning that one can be created by connecting the midpoints of the faces of the other. The icosahedron and dodecahedron are also duals of each other, and three mutually perpendicular, mutually bisecting golden rectangles can be drawn connecting their vertices and midpoints, respectively. The tetrahedron is a dual to itself.

The Archimedean Solids:

There are 13 Archimedean solids, each of which is composed of two or more different regular polygons. Interestingly, 5 (Platonic) and 13 (Archimedean) are both Fibonacci numbers, and 5, 12 and 13 form a perfect right triangle

The Flower of Life:

When I see the platonic solids moving, it gives me a warm glow inside. Must be an ancient DNA memory or something!

The understanding of geometry as an underlying part of our existence is nothing new. Tthe Golden Mean and other forms of geometry can be seen imbedded in many of the ancient monuments that still exist today. The Great Pyramid (the oldest of these structures) at Giza is a good example. The height of this pyramid is in Phi ratio (e.g. the Golden Mean Ratio) to its base. In fact, the geometry in this particular structure is far more accurate than that found in any of today's modern buildings.

This explains why popular among spiritually significant shapes are pyramids and hemispheres (e.g. the domes, that are the basis of religious buildings, be it a mosque, a church or a synagogue). These particular shapes are energy emitters; they are shapes that produce a type of penetrating carrier wave which Chaumery and De Belizal named negative green (which acts as carrier-like radio waves that carry sound information). The vibrational quality of the Golden Mean gives it very strong communication properties, which facilitate resonance with higher realms in prayer.

We live in the 3rd dimension, or the 'Plane of Manifestation'. The Golden Mean is an intra-dimensional doorway though which matter emerges into manifest 3-dimensional reality. For example, when a star is born it follows specific number sequences or universal rules, the same rules of life in the expansion process. Then we see the light!

Thus the Golden Mean is the "fingerprint" of creation. When we re-create this moving and always expanding sequence, we have in effect - 'the exact movement of creation in the expansion process'. The Fibonacci Sequence

The single most important factor to clarify in Sacred Geometry is the misconception that the Golden Mean ratio and the ratio derived from consecutive numbers in the Fibonacci series are interchangeable. They are not!

They are two different things, and there is a reason for their difference that offers us a clue to the whole process of Creation or manifestation of solid matter. It is a clue that helps to solve the riddle in the previous webpage, about how to move from the pentagram to the hexagram.

There is an incremental shift between the energy of the Golden Mean spiral and the organisation of a separate solid form according to the Fibonacci principle. I call it the ‘plus one’ factor. It is the emergent first solid matter of the form upon which the rest is based, the ‘seed’.

A man called Fibonacci, who was a great observer of Nature and a mathematician, discovered that the numbers of flower petals and other natural forms often follow a progression of particular numbers that proceed as follows:

0 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 144, etc. to infinity

This is called the Fibonacci Series of numbers.

Each number is arrived at by the addition of the previous two. The higher the numbers, the closer the ratio between consecutive numbers approaches or mimics the Golden Mean ratio.

There is no point where it IS the Golden Mean. It approximates the Golden Mean.
It moves in a pattern of a little above and a little below consecutively, getting closer and closer to the Golden Mean, the higher the number values. To begin the process, there is a ‘plus one’ factor. It is possible to draw mathematically, the two spirals that originate from The Golden Mean Ratio and the Fibonacci series. They are not the same. They are very similar but not the same.

The Golden Mean Spiral proceeds from an infinitesimal point in the center to an infinite destination at its outer limit.

The Fibonacci Series spiral has a starting point in the center, of zero moving to plus one, and moves outwards to infinity.

I spend a lot of my time in crop fields checking the cropcircles and so called wind damage, so I am well familier with gridkeeper.
I even live in a village called cropredy.
Coincidence, non.
When they talk of earth grids, I keep trying to inform them to think universal grid, what is detectable at the surface is merely akin to a 2d slice through a cake.
The obolisks are very interesting, I check where they were sited, and find that the grid is well known, to some, even cleopatras needle is precisely positioned where it is , now on the banks of the Thames, the potential from the surface to the tip must be huge, I often wonder if it is been utilised?
