The Canadian Shield

Hundreds of TPODs have been published since the summer of 2004. In particular, we invite discussion of present and recent TPODs, perhaps with additional links to earlier TPOD pages. Suggestions for future pages will be welcome. Effective TPOD drafts will be MORE than welcome and could be your opportunity to become a more active part of the Thunderbolts team.

[url2=http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25574545/?GT1=43001]Diamonds rained down during Ice Age[/url2]
Diamonds and precious metals found in the eastern United States might have rained down during the last Ice Age after a comet shattered over Canada and set North America ablaze, all leading to a mass die-off of animals and humans.

New chemical analyses of diamond, gold and silver found in Ohio and Indiana reveal the minerals were transported there from Canada several thousand years ago. The question is, how?
An interesting article ponders the question of how diamonds and minerals, originating in Canada and found in Ohio and Indiana, were transported. Of course, scientists, constrained by mechanical thinking, resort to the ubiquitous "collision" scenario. This time a comet is the culprit. Perhaps there is a better electrical explanation, such as that covered by the recent TPOD [url2=http://www.thunderbolts.info/tpod/2008/ ... shield.htm]The Canadian Shield[/url2].

If there was an electrical interaction between Earth and Venus or Mars,
such that touchdown was somewhere in America, or perhaps the
touchdown point moved along both American continents as Mars or
Venus flew past, then America could have been retarded in it's
motion around the circumference of the Earth. The Pacific ocean
would keep turning and moving into America causing a pile-up and
forming the Andes and maybe the Rockies too. Also a section of
Pacific sea-floor seems to have pushed into the Atlantic under the
bottom of South America.

On the other hand the Atlantic ocean would have experienced a strong
stretching force. The parallel lines that can be seen on Google Earth
aroung the mid-Atlantic ridge could be one result of this stretching.
Another intriguing possibility arising from this stretching is that the
middle sections of the Atlantic sunk. Bingo - down goes a whole
civilization !
