Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

1921 Walter Russell gives to the scientific world, keys to understanding the electric nature of the universe written down for mankind in the Universal One. Those who desire a true understanding of the electrical nature of things need only to look to the Russellian Cosmogany. Woman gives life to express power/Man takes life to aquire power. All things are reconciled in the One including the nature of the universe, for no BODY of matter lives, it appears to in cyclic periodicity which is the one outstanding aspect of nature. From the One to the One!

Walter Russell = credited as the originator of the term 'New Age'.
... That explains it.
Off to New Insights and Mad Ideas...
Russell in fact was a freind of Tesla as well as a mentor. It was Tesla that said to Russell, his book was a thousand years ahead of its time and should be kept in the Smithsonian until man is ready for it. It is a little known fact that Russell also discovered uridium and urium which of course were later renamed uranium and plutonium. That earned him a honorary PHD,awarded by the national acadamy of sciences. Not bad for one who had a fifth grade education! So much for mad science. Mediocrity is self inflicted and Genius self bestowed-WR.
