New Energy Research
Project Ixion - Free Energy Converter
©2010 Ing.Xavier Borg
Project Ixion is a clean energy generator, presently in its development stage. The aim is to produce a functional gravitational shield which can be implemented in the machine for the direct conversion of gravity to rotational motion. Apart from its main bearings, there are no moving parts, no pistons, no operational noise, and can be scaled up to any power levels required for todays energy needs.
I think i see a problem with this....a shield needs to be on both the top on one side and on the bottom for the other....the bottom shield will shield emitted E/M from earth, and stray gravity, as to EMRP theory.

Well, there is an issue I have right off the bat. The force vectors indicate that the gravitation force is coming from the top and pushing downward. What do they base their finding on Gravity as a downward pushing force as opposed to a pulling force coming from below?

hey orrery...yea, if gravity is a sucking force, that is a problem...
at this point in time i am leaning toward a bombardment gravity, which this guy has modified by suggesting that the bombardment is not a particle, but a plank size/frequency wave that can penetrate matter to a great depth, not creating heat....anyway that is what i understand...here is his theory link....does it sound plausible to you?
there are some interesting experiments and inventions at the site..

I fail to see the relevance of this demo setup to illustrate the power of
a z-pinch. I don't think you need a high voltage to produce this effect, just a bunch of current that is stored in the capacitor. The power supply is just needed to charge the capacitor, then it can be taken out of the circuit.
So, how is it relevant to gravity?..
