The conclusion derived from the mathematical observations of this hypothesis is that there is some interesting coincidences with a possibility of mass at the celestial scale being relatively equivalent to charge at the quantum scale, thus mass and charge are the same thing separated by a difference in relativistic space-time.

Mass and charge are equal. No big deal, several people have pointed this out recently. There are fractal ways to observe this, and direct ways as well.
