Statement #1: This solar system is, on the galactic scale, very close to a natural and original jump gate. Therefor this area of space is open to all. But the planet earth belongs to its native inhabitants. Due to the planets proximity to the jump gate there is no intervention/invasion etc. allowed. As long as the native flora and fauna claims its right to settle on the planet it will belong to them. This right is backed up and protected by the galaxy itself.

Statement #2: EU is right and huge systems are connected by rivers of energy. So is earth as part of the solar system.

Statement #3: There are other systems and planets downstream of earth.

Statement #4: Actions modulate the energy flow. Certain native people on earth are currently in a difficult state of development. Its a mess to say the least and the systems and planets downstream suffer from the modulation the river of energy transports. They reached a situation where they cant bear it anymore. They claim their right for clean energy. Either this planets natives clean up their mess or there will be galactic actions to clean the mess.
