It seems natural to me that only Scalar EM transects a vacuum and that the Phase Conjugate System is natures way of creating wave patterns in a Aether. The structures in question are a spiral galaxy, the pump beams origninate from the poles, while the time reversed phase conjugate waves of the four beam mixer, the center of the galaxy, travel as longitudinal EM out to the stars.

The theory that only longitudinal current runs the stars is found at 1:10 into the video, transverse waves DO NOT move through the vacuum. Only the longitudinal wave moves in the vacuum. Tesla was right, all american text books are wrong.

There exist several sources which agree that there can be no transverse waves in the vacuum. These sources agree that the vacuum is only capable of supporting longitudinal waves. Proponents of this view have existed for more than 70 years, first among them, Nikola Tesla.

Nikola Tesla wrote: " I showed that the universal medium is a gaseous body in which only longitudinal pulses can be propagated, involving alternating compressions and expansions similar to those produced by sound waves in the air. The vacuum/spacetime is just a big old scalar potential (an active virtual particle flux, and a very intense one). It is comprised of longitudinal EM wave pairs, by Whittaker 1903. By Whittaker 1904, those vacuum perturbations (spacetime perturbations) are just two potential functions – each of which is just LW functions. So the entire thing in the vacuum is just a bundle of LW functions.

In the 1960's and 1970's, in France Antoine Priore built and tested electromagnetic healing machines of startling effectiveness.
In hundreds and hundreds of rigorous tests with laboratory animals, Priore's machine cured a wide variety of the most difficult kinds of terminal, fatal diseases known today.

Funded by the French government in the amount of several million dollars, Priore's machines concretely demonstrated a nearly 100% cure of all kinds of terminal cancers and leukemias, in thousands of rigorous laboratory tests with animals. These results were shown to medical scientists as early as 1960.
Neither the French Academy nor Antoine Priore knew anything of phase conjugation at the time.

In fact, the entire Western World knew nothing of phase conjugation in the 1960's when Priore was getting his finest results. At that time, only the Soviets knew of time-reversed waves.

One may roughly view a cancer cell as a normal human cell gone "awry" and out of control of the body's master cellular control system. The cancerous cells, viewed as a sort of separate, parasitic group of cells, form a special kind of organism having its own master cellular control system "level," immersed in the host's biopotential.*

If phase conjugate replicas of a cancer's cell's specific "delta" frequencies are fed into the body having that cancer, the deviation of the cancer cell's master cellular control system will be "time reversed."

That will return the cancer cell to control of the animal's proper master cellular control system. The cancerous cell will be immediately destroyed, or reverted back to a normal cell of the animal.

On the other hand, the scalar control pattern in and of an abnormal (cancerous) cell is out of phase with the body's master cellular control system, and is not phase-locked to it.

Hence the Priore signal caused direct interference with the abnormal cell's independent scalar control system. The interference pattern constituted the reconstruction of normal energy directly in the cancerous cell, and also jammed its abnormal scalar life signal.

This destroyed the cancerous cell by two mechanisms: (1) physical energy was kindled directly in the abnormal cell, causing direct mechanical damage, and (2) the cancerous cell, being an "independent living critter," had its scalar life channel (connecting its primitive "mind" to its "body") jammed and stopped.

The Effect is Universally Applicable.

Any disease with cellular, biochemical, or genetic basis can be cured in like fashion.

Often Priore found that every cell of the body—even the hair— must be irradiated and treated ("charged up") with the signal, for the disease pattern was in every cell. The master cellular control system is holographic—the pattern (substructured potential with its dynamic, oscillating components) is in each component (each atomic nucleus, hence in each cell.)

Every structural level of the body larger than the cell also has its own correlated pattern, or modulation, on the overall.

A biological organism can regenerate lost limbs, for example, if it can utilize its natural recovery process in a Priore manner. However, the proof that the requisite time-reversed signal can be produced, and will ride down a magnetic field, to penetrate every cell and every atomic nucleus in the body, is already in the present hard-core physics literature, if one knows where to look and how to properly interpret the work.

The fact that such signals can reverse nearly every major cellular illness condition of the body also has been proven by Priore and the scientists who worked with him, and it is in the French scientific literature.

I detect parallel opposite waves in what is called CURSUS in this country, the dorset cursus is sixteen miles long.
the reaction produces two DNA type wave patterns going in opposite directions.

I believe Dan Winter first indentified some of this stuff. I came to a synesthesia experience while reading the book by LaViolette on Antigravity and Tesla and Brown. He explained the Phase Conjugate microwave antigravity model and took that and explained the Tesla Magnifying Transmitter as a phase conjugate system. I went back for a look at the actual geometry of the Wardenclyffe Tower. I had a huge realization, that I had missed one of the huge implications of the Star Machine, The Theta Pinch of the Impulse Magnifying Transmitter. It was a Phase Conjugate System.

Secondly, We had discussed and were told by Richard Hull that there was no Longitudinal stinging wave pulse as described in literature on line. WE then dismissed that as fantasty, but that seems to have been wrong. Infact the videos of Dollard with the original vacuum tube equipment, did produce a pressure front and that indeed the light from the bulb is very different then the light from AC. It has a wave front that attracts tinfoil and pushes the hand away...

If all the symphonies of the world played different scores simultaneously, we would likely perceive a cacophonous roar of noise. However, in the locale of each group, the harmony and beauty could be discerned and appreciated. Perhaps it is so with the universe: in some neighborhoods the fluctuations of energy coincide in harmony and in others, and perhaps on the whole, the interference of fluctuations produces a texture so complex that we are unable to distinguish it from nothingness.

This is a modern concept of vacuum, one in which energy fluctuations are allowed if the universal energy is conserved.

Briefly consider the emission of a photon. When and where will it go? In answer to this question, our study will rely upon a transactional interpretation (TI) of quantum physics.

To make a superficial statement: every source must have a sink and vice versa. So it should be with time and all other parameters of energy

Let us assume a universal kaleidoscope which could be used as a closed system. Maybe instead of shards of glass or a multitude of dyed immiscible fluid droplets, the color wheel contains matter and antimatter, dark energy, stars, and even visible blackbody radiation.

Then, we give the wheel an impulsive twirl. First everything spins in beautiful synchrony, and then, as dissipative turbulence begins to dominate: small vortices and other interesting arrangements appear, and some bubbles collide with others, colors mix, and maybe sounds are heard.

Our viewpoint in looking through this univeral kaleidoscope is that time is our parameter of change. Truly harmonic (or periodic) occurrences are timeless through this view. This is why we use them to measure time. If time evolves harmony to non-periodic behavior, then we must choose something essentially independent to measure the entropic/non-periodic phenomena.

We will see that the trap door of the universe lies in the mirror image; it’s all contained there in the “kaleidoscope.”

The transactional interpretation acknowledges the source and sink matching required to destroy a “particle” into what I will recognize as vacuum energy. The collapse of the wavefunction in a transactional way removes time dependence because of phase cancellation of conjugate states. This is the important point of CPT symmetry which leverages both charge conjugation and spatial inversion (parity) to preserve causality.

By the principle of superposition, as a wave approaches the boundary, it is appropriate to achieve the zero value at the boundary by passing a wave of opposite polarity through the boundary in the opposite direction. In this way the boundary is like a mirror, and we have applied what is called the “method of images

If we consider that, in an oscillating universe, completely reversible thermodynamic classical collisions are allowed, they fit the time symmetry inherent in this oscillating universe model. Yes, entropy may fluctuate “the other way.” However, we simply note that the reverse trajectories for particles are undetectable, because they occur in phase conjugate form and are simultaneous with respect to the dissipation we observe. This is truly a mirror universe... not only mirrored in time, but in everything: all energies.

I started from the premise that it was conceivable to alter normal three dimensional reality through a process which I now call 'tuned intent'.

From my research, I postulated a model for the composition of reality which confirmed my premise. This model takes into account two vectors: an E-field (electric charge), and an H-field (magnetism). By careful tuning you can achieve a resonance which allows you to modify that reality. Working with this simple premise and very minute amounts of normal electromagnetic (electricity), one can, for example, detect and analyze biological conditions in humans and animals, as well as the various patterns and energies that make up a farmer's fields and crops, the weather patterns, and the telluric or earth energies at any given location.

Equally important, one can make basic and fundamental modifications to these various realities in their patterns of energy-as-information, which then reflects back into our normal 3-dimensional world.

The nonlinear medium acts as a modulator, and locks the two waves together into a single wave with zero translation resultants, but with rhythmic stress oscillations (rhythmic compressions and rarefactions, or, simply put, rhythmic squeezes and releases) in the material medium. In phase conjugation optics, this stress wave is referred to as the pump wave.

The pump wave is not, however, the rhythmic variation of the stress: stress and relax: stress and relax: and so on, through the dielectric medium. Precisely, it is a wave of potential, a scalar wave, throughout the medium, rather than a wave of translation forces (rather than a vector wave). In the ideal situation, it is also a standing wave, and thus a standing scalar wave.

The medium together with its standing pump wave is referred to as a pumped phase conjgate mirror (PPCM). A PPCM has certain very significant characteristics, the chief one being the capability of acting as an amplifier for producing an amplified phase conjugate (time-reversed) wave. If a third wave is now introduced into the PPCM, an amplified time-reversed replica of that third wave will be output by the medium itself.
In other words, the embedded, bound stresses of the medium (due in this case to the presence of the stressing pump wave) are released by this emitted and amplified phase conjugate wave.

The entire system acts much as a triode tube: the third input signal is the grid signal, and the pump wave is the energy input into the cathode. The input of the grid signal results in an amplified signal appearing at the plate in this instance, departing the system and radiating away.

Thus with four-wave mixing and pumped phase conjugate reflection, bound, locked in stresses in a dielectric medium can be relieved and caused to radiate away as time-reversed waves. It is accented again that these characteristics and functions are universal to all waves and nonlinear media for them, not just to electromagnetic waves.

I can hardly wait for there being enough Fogal magic transistors to go around. (Fogal has developed a transistor that appears to have superconducting properties) I have been hearing about them and their possibilities for years from Tom Bearden.

My approaches have been primarily two fold... Years ago I noticed "interesting" phenomena when one took more or less ordinary transistor and split the input signal into as many as a dozen or so (parallel amplifiers) of them, and then recombined all of their outputs inductively.

It seemed to add layers of what I called at first "density" of signal, or "richness" of signal.

That is, until you look at the possibility of it as a phase conjugate construct of the input.

Because the apparent input is (relatively) the same in each of the conductors, there is an equivalent amount of power transferred from one end of the conductor to the other, but, due to the nuances of the conductor we end up adding back in, "content" that got left out of the original creation of the signal.

In the e-field vector, is, potentially at least, ALL of the information needed to describe and re-create any object... and if the object is dynamic, it becomes the basis for doing so easily. The actual mechanism might be as simple as a randomly created time delay.

I suspect, that by increasing the parallelness of pathways, that you really are looking at en-folded portions of "all of the information that is" in regards to a single information source. When I said earlier "content that got left out", it didn't really get left out, it just got combined into the main signal, and we were left without a means to acknowledge and/or process it.

What our various "inventions" do is allow one to get at more of the "information" that defines what things are, and to process that information, sometimes in the ordinary, and sometimes in an extraordinary sense/way of doing so.

For many years, Tom Bearden (the "father" of scalar electromagnetics) has been touting "the way" to free energy, anti-gravity, etc. This was through the use of phase conjugate principles.

Scalar effects are produced by phase conjugating a wave by 180 degrees to cancel out the energy, yet it produces a "stress wave" that can have physical effects.

How can "potential" alone drive circuits which we know require current? The basic premise of the "Final Secret" rely on the oozing of potential (voltage) from the inside of a conductor to the outside edge.

We know that current only flows over the surface of a conductor; therefore, as the electrons reach the surface, they take a right angle turn and "translate" into current. Only at that point does the circuit truly draw power.

A collector (capacitor or inductor) is used to collect and transfer potential from the source... before the collector "fills up" and the potential translates to current, both contacts are switched into a load, where it instantly discharges.

The collector is then re-connected to the source until it again recharges and the discharge process into the load repeats. The speed of this transaction determines the total energy supplied to the load.

Phase Conjugation is still a very viable approach and one that we here at KeelyNet believe to be right on track abobe everything else. This follows the work of Keely and the entire field of music and resonance. By creating interference patterns (constructive or destructive), you can affect energy or mass.

The ideal free energy device would use a tuned waveplate or a geometry that produces such a wavefront that it would "interfere" with incoming energies to produce side effects as specified in the NEUTRAL Aether Spectrum. Those side effects would be collected or otherwise discharged for practical use. Electricity, light or heat are all quite practical using this down conversion method.

That is one of the reasons for our interest in "Magic Squares", because they form the geometries that can act as kaleidoscopic multipliers or dividers of these incoming energies or simply Aether/gravity to keep it simple. Small replicative circuits that produce large quantities of the desired energy.

Keely also indicates that in a differentiated mass (such as a "conditioned" magnet), all of the "knotholes" or nodes of interference are removed. Once this is done, the mass becomes essentially superconducting because of the instant communication of force throughout its aggregate structure.

When that occurs, change of one single molecule will instantly change all other molecules of like composition because the aggregrate has been attuned to a harmonious or "differentiated" condition.

Here is a Feynman diagram of an EM interaction in which an excited outer orbit electron (e-) changes energy levels and emits a photon (g). Drawn in left-to-right mirror image with arrows reversed it represents an electron absorbing a photon.

The electron in this diagram drops to a lower orbital and emits a photon. Standard Feynman diagrams of electrons or positrons interacting with photons are usually Y-shaped. They ignore an anti-photon that travels in tandem with the photon. The whole interaction is a phase conjugation quantum bubble. The anti-photon is an attention particle coming from an observer’s eye (or some other absorber). The observer absorbs the photon with an outer orbital electron in his eye. This is how he “sees” the atom whose outer electron has emitted the photon.

Our current knowledge of electricity, magnetism and gravity is not complete; we actually understand them as effects, not as an actual cause! Dr. Oschman (in his book ‘Energy Medicine’) explains that when we say that a magnetic field induces a current flow in a conductor, such as a wire or a living tissue, it is actually the potential component of that field, and not the field itself, that underlies the effect. The potentials are of two kinds, called electric scalar potentials and magnetic vector potentials. Ahoronov & Bohm (1959) showed in their experiments that the potentials have a physical reality. Hence, in destructive interference (when the waves are exactly out of phase, their amplitudes subtract, and they can partially or completely cancel or destroy each other) , where the classical fields cancel each other, there nonetheless remain electrostatic scalar potentials and magnetic vector potentials!

Scientists like Nachalov and Akimov make very clear, that whenever there are electrostatic or electromagnetic fields in space, torsion fields (scalar waves) also exist in that part of space.

Scalar waves can be regarded as electromagnetic sound waves, the result of two phase conjugated electromagnetic waves (the wave and its anti-wave, both in phase spatially, but 180 degrees out of phase temporally)!

Bearden states, that the traditional model of the electromagnetic wave is an erroneous result of replacing the effect with the cause in the electrodynamics of Maxwell. Mass is a component of force, there are no forces in mass-free space! Forces and force fields only exist when they interact with matter.

In Nature there is no electromagnetic input visible, everything in Nature has no real “source”, because energy isn’t being “produced” but just transformed and captured from the vacuum! What we measure with today’s equipment, therefore can only be the integrated and combined transversal electromagnetic field effect waves, not the more fundamental longitudinal wave. These longitudinal waves are force-free, unless when they come in touch with matter.

It is possible to give these “ordinary” electromagnetic waves hidden internal field vectors and dynamics; “deterministic Whittaker infolding of bidirectional electromagnetic plane waves is the key to direct engineering of the Schroedinger equation itself, hence off all physical change”

Bearden strongly states that “the true “living electromagnetic energy” of biological systems is internalized, infolded electromagnetic energy. It is the infolded and hidden electromagnetic energy of the organized bidirectional electromagnetic wave systems inside the Whittaker potential. It is a photon-structured graviton energy. This is not the externalized electromagnetic energy of the electromagnetic wave envelope.

We now know that DNA can be influenced by scalar waves and acoustics. Bearden discusses the major mechanism for a “translation between different frequency bands” which is already well known in the theory of forced oscillations, and is called subharmonic oscillation. “Subharmonic oscillation is very important in Whittaker-structuring. A Whitaker-structured potential is already harmonically structured-essentially from 0 Hz to infinity. The Whitaker-structuring is a spatial and harmonic structuring of a partial potential component of the total spacetime potential. Subharmonic resonance plays a major role in this structured lattice--far more than we have previously suspected in our study of subharmonic resonance in nonlinear gadgets”. In subharmonic oscillation, a frequency that is a subharmonic of some higher (even much higher) resonant frequency can trigger the higher-frequency oscillation (maybe the way multidimensional sound can resonate with the higher frequencies of light?). Subharmonic oscillation is particulary applicable to living systems!

Bearden continues by saying: “The implication of high biological nonlinearity and subharmonic oscillation is that Kaznacheyev cytopathogenic optically-induced effects can readily be translated to cytopathogenic microwave-induced effects because they already are! An optical Devyatkov information substructure can also be translated to a microwave Devyatkov information substructure. Further, if the optical Kaznacheyev cellular disease-inducing signal sets captured from a diseased cell culture are phase-conjugated, this yields a specific curative signal complex for that specific disease. This optical curative signal structure can then be subharmonically translated and Whittaker-infolded to yield a curative microwave.
