The Schumann Resonance

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

There can be no doubt that our planet has been subject to huge cataclysmic events, and I believe the ancient Greeks, who said that there have been many such events, and many more to come. With the Saturn theory, I must however conclude that an event of such magnitude would have resulted in the TOTAL destruction of whatever might have existed on earth before, in which case I would have to accept that we, and all other life on earth, are the work of some higher authority.
What chance can evolution have had in an environment where destruction is cyclical and frequent? Only some being or beings with good genetic engineering skills could constantly be re-seeding the more complex life forms. The Greeks also spoke of 'reinvigorating' life on Earth, so perhaps it all adds up.
( I have always thought that we would find the Engineer, model and revision numbers in the DNA code, once we know where to look!)

Interesting, it would explain UFOs just 'side-slipping' in and out of our reality, they wouldn't need to come from light years away.

I had looked at the Venus project some time ago, and forgotten about it. Thanks for the reminder lizzie, I have signed up for both it and the Zeitgeist sites. Whatever happened in the past is done, time to look to the future. It's time I got off the fence, so to speak, and became an 'engaged' Buddhist!

So perhaps places like Shambhala exist after all but at a frequency level that makes it invisible to us; it might be hovering 100 feet overhead. ;)

Amphibious Gods

Oannes- The Fish-Man
http://www.mystae.com/restricted/stream ... annes.html
The following descriptions are taken from a history of Mesopotamia written in the third century BC by Berossus, a Babylonian priest whose work survives only in fragments recorded by later Greek historians." - Mysteries of the Unexplained (from Robert Temple, Sirius Mystery)
"At Babylon there was (in these times) a great resort of people of various nations, who inhabited Chaldaea, and lived in a lawless manner like the beasts of the field. In the first year there appeared, from that part of the Erythraean sea which borders upon Babylonia, an animal destitute of reason [sic], by name Oannes, whose whole body (according to the account of Apollodorus) was that of a fish, that under the fish's head he had another head, with feet also below, similar to those of a man, subjoined to the fish's tail. His voice too, and language, was articulated and human, and a representation of him is preserved even to this day.

"This Being was accustomed to pass the day among men; but took no food at that season; and he gave them an insight into letters and sciences, and arts of every kind. He taught them to construct cities, to found temples, to compile laws, and explained to them the principles of geometrical knowledge. He made them distinguish the seeds of the earth, and shewed them how to collect the fruits; in short, he instructed them in everything which could tend to soften manners and humanize their lives. From that time, nothing material has been added by way of improvement to his instructions. And when the sun had set, this Being Oannes, retired again into the sea, and passed the night in the deep; for he was amphibious. After this there appeared other animals like Oannes."- Berossus, from Ancient Fragments (Isaac Preston Cory).
"Oannes is the emblem of priestly, esoteric wisdom; he comes out from the sea, because the 'great deep', the water, typifies...the secret doctrine." - M. P. Blavatsky, Isis Unveiled
Dogons Could Hold the Answer to the Mysteries of Our Past
http://www.burlingtonnews.net/dogons.html
Could the Dogons hold the clue to the Mysteries of our Ancient Ancestors. Although a primitive culture, it seems that visitors from Space contacted them eons ago with the very mysteries of the universe. The information the Dogons has remained intact all these years, untouched and not influenced by outside cultures.

The Dogons believe that in ancient times, an aquatic culture came to them from out of the sky. Human looking beings, acting as saviors and spiritual guardians, landed close to their village in a space ship described to have 3 triangular legs. Being that they were amphibious, upon landing, they filled a reservoir of water onto the land. Exiting their ship was done by diving into this reservoir. How strange and frightening this must have been to the Dogon of this time! After the initial arrival, the Dogons realized that much like our amphibious creatures today, the NOMMOS were able to adapt to both environments, thus although their primary home would be water, they were still able to walk , talk and live on land. Another thing that was so amazing about these star people was in the fact they had shapeshifting abilities. Whether it was done by mersmerization or not is unknown to me.

As Dogon legend has it, the Nommo divided his body among men to feed them, thus giving them Nommo's life principles.

"As the Universe had drunk of his body; the Nommo also made men drink"
I find an interesting similarity here with the body and blood of Christ used our Christian Religions.

The Nommo was crucified and resurrected, again to visit the Earth, this time in the form of a human.

Later he will assume his amphibious form and will rule the world from the waters.
Here again we see another similarity in the Christian Faith of Christ's crucification, resurrection and return.

Although primitive in today's standards and completely cut off from the world, the Dogon Tribe has advanced knowledge of our solar system. What the Dogons knew thousands of years ago our scientists only came to discover in 1978, which was the dwarf star Sirius B. They not only knew about it but could point to its locality. Their claim to this knowledge came from the Nommo.

The knew, that Sirius A, the brightest sky in our sky is next to a small white dwarf called Sirius B.

Reports of the Fish Gods are found all over the world , whether it be in our research of ancient history or in the study of modern day theology. Interestingly, even though these cultures are separated by time and space, their descriptions of the Fish Gods are remarkably similar . The priests try to honor the fish gods by dressing with a fish robe and headset. Even today, our Christian tradition symbolizes Christ with the sign of the 'fish'. The Dogon tradition claims that these alien visitors came from Sirius, the Constellation of the Dog. Southwest Indians still today, look to the Dog Star as their home and seek psychic guidance from it. We have taught our children to look at the Dog Star and make a wish 'When you wish upon a star...makes no difference where you are...." Disney. The sailors have always carried the tales of the mythical sirens or mermaids.
The Chintamani Stone
http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/socio ... ahla11.htm
This Chintamani Stone, which is of extra-terrestrial origin, had supposedly been brought to Earth by emissaries from a planet orbiting the star Sirius and then handed over to Shambhala’s principal resident, the elusive “King of the World,” a monarch known by many mystics in the East but only by a handful of occultists in the West. In regards to its identity in the Holy Grail legends, the Chintamani Stone appears to be synonymous with the “Stone of Heaven,” the Holy Grail manifestation mentioned by Wolfram von Eschenbach in his famous Grail rendition known as Parzival, which is regarded by most Grail scholars to be the most complete and authoritative of the Grail legends.

Like Eschenbach’s stone the Chintamani Stone is, apparently, also green in color, since Roerich is on record as also stating that the Chintamani Stone is similar in appearance to a species of meteorite known as Moldavite, which is dark green in color. If the Chintamani Stone is indeed Eschenbach’s Stone of Heaven could it also be the original Philosophers Stone, which legends assert could turn a base metal into gold and a human into an immortal deity? Could it be the original Holy Grail, the one that was later emulated by all Holy Grails, including the Cup of Christ and the wood of the True Cross?

Information is scant concerning the Chintamani Stone, but supposedly the extra-terrestrial stone is stronger than penetrating Radium and its dynamic rays can instantly increase a person’s own vibratory frequency while bestowing upon him or her the ability to see into the past and future, evolve into an immortal human being, or even secure world dominion. It has also been suggested that the stone can never be adequately tested scientifically because much of it exists in a higher dimensional frequency than the one we exist within.

Other pertinent data regarding the Chintamani Stone maintains that it was brought to Earth by Sirian missionaries during a remote era in order to eventually help precipitate a one-world civilization based upon mutual support, love, and equality. In order to effectuate this lofty goal, the Sirians are believed to have, throughout history, made sure that the stone remained in the possession of certain planetary rulers or organizations that have been in the position of influencing the world on a grand scale.

Since its arrival on Earth, the Chintamani Stone has, for example, been in the possession of he who is the supreme consciousness governing all of the world from an etheric plane, the King of the World, while parts of it have been in the possession of such acclaimed conquerors and empire builders as King Solomon, Genghis Khan and Akbar the Great.

One burning question remains in regards to the current whereabouts of the Chintamani Stone. Did Roerich complete his journey to Shambhala? Is the sacred stone back in the Land of the Immortals? Most historians agree that Roerich did not technically reach Shambhala but instead arrived in a Tibetan location which is intimately connected to it.

One such location is Shigatse, home of the Tashilumpo Monastery and headquarters of the Panchen Lama, one of the ruling lamas of Tibet who is sometimes referred to as higher in the planetary spiritual hierarchy than even the Dalai Lama himself. Legends state that there are many underground tunnels connecting the Tashilumpo Monastery with Shambhala, and it is an accepted truth that certain incumbent Panchen Lamas have physically traveled there over the course of many hundreds of years.

Could the Chintamani Stone have really come from Sirius? Did humans have contact with the Sirians in the distant past? Perhaps. In the last century anthropologists in Mali discovered that some of the African country’s tribes, such as the Dogon and Bozo tribes, claimed to have once had visitations from Sirian missionaries who acted as their teachers. To prove their claims these tribes revealed some of the obscure information transmitted to them from their mentors, which included a knowledge of the Sirian grouping of three stars, as well as a knowledge of the moons surrounding certain distant planets in our Solar System. Such information could only be acquired through observation with very high-powered telescopes, a luxury these primitive tribes were never in the position to possess.

Robert Temple, author of The Sirius Mystery, which records the history of the Dogon people and their encounters with the Sirians, found another possible Earth link with Sirius soon after his book was published. Members of Freemasonry, who had long known of Sirius as the Great White Lodge in the Galaxy and commonly depicted it in their lodges as the Blazing Star, contacted Temple and invited him to become an initiate of their organization.

Although Temple could not subsequently find explicit indications that Freemasonry had been in direct contact with Sirian missionaries in the past, he did find intriguing clues connecting them to the star Sirius, including the eye within the triangle symbol which currently surmounts the pyramid on the US seal.

This triangle, an ancient Freemasonic symbol, depicts the Grand Architect of the Universe and is closely associated with what the Dogon refer to as the “Eye” of the universe, the dwarf star Digitaria, that is part of the trinitized Sirian grouping of stars and recognized by the tribe as the Creator of the Universe.

The US seal eventually became featured on the back of the US dollar bill during the administration of Franklin Roosevelt, who was himself a high-ranking Freemason and Shriner, and before that it was the symbol of the eighteenth century Illuminati, who sought to achieve the Sirian goal of a one-world civilization although it is believed they did so with less than purely altruistic intentions.

Temple also discovered another clue indicating a close connection between the Freemasons and Sirius: the day of US independence by the Freemasonic fathers, July 4th, is one of the days of the year when our Sun is in its closest alignment with Sirius.

Hypothetical Planets
http://www.nineplanets.org/hypo.html
Vulcan, the intra-Mercurial planet, 1860-1916, 1971

The French mathematician Urbain Le Verrier, co-predictor with J.C. Adams of the position of Neptune before it was seen, in a lecture at 2 Jan 1860 announced that the problem of observed deviations of the motion of Mercury could be solved by assuming an intra-Mercurial planet, or possibly a second asteroid belt inside Mercury's orbit. The only possible way to observe this intra-Mercurial planet or asteroids was if/when they transited the Sun, or during total solar eclipses. Prof. Wolf at the Zurich sunspot data center, found a number of suspicious "dots" on the Sun, and another astronomer found some more. A total of two dozen spots seemed to fit the pattern of two intra-Mercurial orbits, one with a period of 26 days and the other of 38 days.
Vulcan and Comets
http://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/herco ... s_46.htm#a
Van Flandern wrote: "If Planet X crosses Jupiter's orbit, it is a goner, either by collision with Jupiter or ejection from the solar system, within 100,000 years... The encounters with Jupiter are not merely potential, but inevitable, because of forced precession of the orbit by Jupiter... Jupiter's gravity is so strong that it can eliminate another body in a single close approach."* Furthermore, since the Earth's orbit was almost perfectly circular, Van Flandern ruled out any possibility that Earth had suffered a major catastrophic collision.

And thus he negated the idea that the Babylonian Epic of Creation, as decoded by Sitchin, was a historical record of events in our solar system. This would appear to doom Sitchin's "twelfth planet" that ancient astronomers had referred to using the names "Marduk" and "Nibiru". But notice that it does not doom the possibility that Tiamat, Marduk and Nibiru are comet swarms that could "appear as large as a planet. While these would eventually be ejected from or solar system or collide with the known planets, at other times new ones would be drawn in from the Kuiper belt by Vulcan. Vulcan never gets closer to the Sun than 134 AU, about 2.7 times as far as Pluto's far point is from the Sun.

'Statistically, a few passing stars would approach within 40 times (2000 AU) Pluto's distance of the Sun over the life of the solar system. They would tend to perturb the outermost planets (10 to 40 times more distant than Pluto) into planet-crossing orbits. Eventually the crossings would result in close encounters between planets. Vulcan never gets farther from the Sun than 450 AU, about 9 times as distant as Pluto's far point is from the Sun.

Van Flandern noted, however, that once Planet X had been forced inwards, it would suffer repeated encounters with the other planets, eventually leading to its ejection from the solar system. Van Flandern confirmed that such a planet-crossing orbit was highly unstable and unlikely.
Tom van Flandern examined the positions of Uranus and Neptune in the 1970s. The calculated orbit of Neptune fit observations only for a few years, and then started to drift away. Uranus orbit fit the observations during one revolution but not during the previous revolution. In 1976 Tom van Flandern became convinced that there was a tenth planet. After the discovery of Charon in 1978 showed the mass of Pluto to be much smaller than expected, van Flandern convinced his USNO colleague Robert S. Harrington of the existence of this tenth planet.

They started to collaborate by investigate the Neptunian satellite system. Soon their views diverged. van Flandern thought the tenth planet had formed beyond Neptune's orbit, while Harrington believed it had formed between the orbits of Uranus and Neptune. van Flandern thought more data was needed, such as an improved mass for Neptune furnished by Voyager 2. Harrington started to search for the planet by brute force -- he started in 1979, and by 1987 he had still not found any planet. van Flandern and Harrington suggested that the tenth planet might be near aphelion in a highly elliptical orbit.

If the planet is dark, it might be as faint as magnitude 16-17, suggests van Flandern. This site concludes that Vulcan is of magnitude 20.5 - 21.1, passed aphelion circa 1970 and its orbit has an eccentricity of about 0.54.
Vulcan and Earth Catastrophism
The Beginning of the End
http://www.paranoiamagazine.com/vulcanearth.html
By 1987, Van Flandern and Harrington suggested Planet X (Vulcan?) might be in a highly elliptical orbit. Several media releases between 1982 to1987 suggested that the Sun has a dark star companion that causes periodic meteor bombardment of Earth. The IRAS search found three unknown objects but two may have been later identified (as gas clouds, galactic objects, etc.). (Nature, May 1984) Which two was not specified, but Vulcan is believed to be at or near one of these three: IRAS object 1732+239.

Historical Data Supporting Vulcan and the Comet Swarms

The ancients had descriptions of Vulcan and the comet swarms. In The 12th Planet, Zechariah Sitchin displays a clay cylinder seal (VA/243) from the Akkadian civilization of Mesopotamia 4,500 years ago, showing globes of various sizes orbiting the Sun. What makes the Akkadian Seal so unique is that the sizes are given. There are three small planets representing Mercury, Venus and Mars (Earth and Moon are not shown). Shown are the Jovian planets with their diameters in scale to the logarithm of their known masses. Uranus and Neptune are depicted along with three larger planets, two of which represent Jupiter and Saturn. We interpret the more distant large planet to represent the dark star, Vulcan. Logarithms were unknown to the ancients; therefore, this data could only have come from an ET source. The mass depicted for Vulcan is consistent with the T367 Crop Circle barycenter and the quasi-periodic impact intervals found in Earth's geo-climatological history.

Sitchin anticipates an object called Marduk in an elongated elliptical orbit reaching from deep space to the inner planets. Its 3,600-year period is close to our comet swarm's 3,313-year average period. We think the Babylonians knew of two comet clusters (within a comet swarm) and named them Marduk (a.k.a. Phaeton) and Tiamat. Marduk was recorded as a major astronomical entity with four "attendants" (five total, as depicted in Crop Circle T367) and Tiamat with eleven or more. An apparent "battle" occurred as Tiamat rounded the Sun and met incoming Marduk. A major comet, Kingu, is also shown. People living near Ardmarnoch in western Scotland may have seen this event about 10,000 years ago. They carved its (or Tiamat's) image on a large flat rock. Twenty-two comet-like objects are arranged in a cluster as if a comet had fragmented while passing around the Sun.

European and Asia Minor traditions indicate that Marduk (and its debris) struck from out of the northwest (from Vulcan's aphelion). Persian (Zoroastrian) tradition claims that Tistrya (Phaeton) came out of the constellation Cancer. Three to five fragments struck the Earth in rapid succession: in northeastern Siberia (close to the mammoth graveyards), in Point Barrow and Harrison Bay, Alaska, and in the Old Crow Plains in Yukon, Canada. Huge hills of sub-fossilized and carbonized wood indicate that one strike was in the Arctic Ocean between Siberia and Alaska. The fragments may have reached the Carolinas. However, this may have been the result of an earlier strike that formed the Carolina bays and also left a large impact crater on the ocean floor near Bermuda.
Why The Secret About
The 'New Planet'?
http://www.rense.com/general67/newplanet.htm
It is already known that the body was discovered in 2003 by the designation 2003 ULB313.

Why is it now stated it was spotted in "January", inferring that the discovery occurs in 2005?

Even more interestingly, why was the discovery kept secret?

Note the following statement: "Xena was first spotted in January. Since then scientists have been checking its position and size before making their announcement. They had hoped to hold back for longer, but a secure website containing details of the discovery was recently hacked and the hacker threatened to release the information."

Astronomers have found a new world orbiting the Sun. The giant lump of rock and ice is larger than the planet Pluto and is now the farthest known object in the solar system.

The discovery was announced by US scientists yesterday and the object has unofficially been named Xena, after the TV series starring Lucy Lawless. 'We have always wanted to name something Xena,' said Michael Brown, a member of the team that made the discovery using telescopes at the Palomar Observatory, outside San Diego, California

That's quite the document, kevin. Looking at the company homepage, it seems like these guys should know what they are talking about, if anyone. So why hasn't the effect been reproduced and demonstrated? Is this what the Hutchison guy is doing somehow?
Perhaps the effects are too unstable or unpredictable to be useful?

While at the beckwith site, I found this document:

I had a quick look at it, and it looks impressive. I'll have to go back and study it some more, as it may be pointing in the direction of an idea I had a while ago, where I replace strings from string theory with 'springs', discontinuous but entangled energy packet carrying conduits.
This is either very exciting stuff, or this guy beats me hands-down in the NIAMI dept!

Seven Dimensions
http://www.alliancesforhumanity.com/matter/matter.htm
There are 7 dimensions, ours being the densest of the 7, and 7 substates to each dimension. Our dimension is composed of the Solid, Liquid, Gas and the 4 ethers. The other dimensions have their equivalents. We have forms, vehicles, in all but the 1st. When I say “we” I mean us as Spirit, Soul and Personality. Our personalities being found in the 7th, 6th and lower 4 levels of the 5th dimension. All of them interpenetrate, that is, exist in the same space. What distinguishes one from the other is the tenuousness of the substance of which they are composed. An entity may have a form using substance of the next dimension, and living a satisfying life, but not have a physical form. Therefore we here are unaware of its existence unless “Continuity of Consciousness” has been developed. The ability to function simultaneously in more than one dimension

The next dimension from ours, the 6th, is where our emotional natures are found. The lower 4 levels of the 5th, our minds. The higher three levels, our Souls. There are unique abilities associated with each form. Each of them must be developed, awakened. On the higher levels of the 6th and inherent to the 5th is the ability of extreme magnification. It can be directed out into space or down into matter.

Imagining Other Dimensions
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/elegant/dimensions.html
For most of us, or perhaps all of us, it's impossible to imagine a world consisting of more than three spatial dimensions. Are we correct when we intuit that such a world couldn't exist? Or is it that our brains are simply incapable of imagining additional dimensions—dimensions that may turn out to be as real as other things we can't detect?

String theorists are betting that extra dimensions do indeed exist; in fact, the equations that describe superstring theory require a universe with no fewer than 10 dimensions. But even physicists who spend all day thinking about extra spatial dimensions have a hard time describing what they might look like or how we apparently feeble-minded humans might approach an understanding of them. That's always been the case, and perhaps always will be.
How Many Dimensions In The Holographic Universe?
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 081609.htm
We perceive the space around us as three-dimensional. According to Einstein, time and space are inseparably linked. Adding the time axis to our three-dimensional space makes our space-time-continuum four-dimensional. For decades, scientists have been wondering about the existence of additional dimensions so far hidden to our senses. Grumiller and his colleagues are trying the opposite approach: Instead of postulating additional dimensions, they believe that our universe could in fact be described by less than four dimensions.

“A hologram, as you find it on bank notes or credit cards, appears to show a three-dimensional picture, even though in fact it is just two-dimensional,” Grumiller explains. In such a case, reality has fewer dimensions than we would think it appears to have. This “holographic principle” plays an important role in the physics of space time. Instead of creating a theory of gravity in all the time and space dimensions, one can formulate a new quantum theory with one fewer spatial dimension. That way, a 3D theory of gravitation turns into a 2D quantum theory, in which gravity does not appear any more. Still, this quantum theory correctly predicts phenomena like black holes or gravitational waves.
Parallel Universes
http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/horizon/20 ... luni.shtml
Scientists now believe there may really be a parallel universe - in fact, there may be an infinite number of parallel universes, and we just happen to live in one of them. These other universes contain space, time and strange forms of exotic matter. Some of them may even contain you, in a slightly different form. Astonishingly, scientists believe that these parallel universes exist less than one millimetre away from us. In fact, our gravity is just a weak signal leaking out of another universe into ours.
String Theory Rocks!
http://news.softpedia.com/news/String-T ... 5404.shtml
String Theory supporters argue that the universe we live in has eleven dimensions, out of which three spacial dimensions and a temporal one, which define the void and the space-time environment we experience daily. Some of you might say 'Well, the real world we live in has only four dimensions'. That may be true, but the concept of reality is rather strange, and states that the universe consists of anything that exists, does not exist and will exist.
Two things are infinite – the universe and human stupidity, and I am not sure about the former.

HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a high-powered radio transmission research facility jointly operated by the US Navy, Air Force and several universities. Because of the high secrecy surrounding the government HAARP project, many theories have risen trying to explain what HAARP is and does. Most of them are simply wild speculations, based on fears about what "they are doing up there." It is the purpose of this article to provide sufficient technical expertise to dispel the mystery.
