Apparently Sansbury published in 1998. It's said it was 'a thousand dollar experiment'. It reads as if once set up, it could be done 10x an hour, indefinitely. Above all, it looks easy if you're familiar with the kit, so why not do it? Can it really be true that in the 10 years that have elapsed, no-one has repeated it? Or tried and failed?
After all, there could be money, kudos, fame, Nobel prizes, young ladies beating a path to your door, whatever, in it for you.
I've googled and looked at bautforum, but can find nothing pertinent or sensible. Wouldn't one expect in this scenario to see endless debate between Sansbury and his supporters and critics?
This sounds highly suspicious. Isn't it more likely that it has been done, and the results kept under wraps for some nefarious purpose?
