Re: zombie supernova
You gotta love an observation that blows their models out of the water. It also tends to suggest that stars are more robust than they imagine them to be when then can survive truly massive explosions and remain stars.

Re: zombie supernova
Forgive my ignorance, but how do they even know supernovae exist? Basically its just them detecting a high amount of energy emission right? Which they also claim Pulsar's do (release energy in pulses). Could stars have a pulse like we do? I guess my main question is, how can they tell the difference between a star death (release of massive energy) and a pulsar? I guess because a Pulsar keeps pulsing, but a supernova only does once right? What if a supernova is the same thing but the pulses are extremely spread apart?

Re: zombie supernova
I guarantee they've never seen a Star "explode".
interstellar filaments conducted electricity having currents as high as 10 thousand billion amperes

Re: zombie supernova
When you look at the raw data of these nebula etc, you wonder how they can tell what the heck any of this is

I am just waiting for this to be pronounced as "fake news" simply because it is on RT........
