Interesting that Dollard states emphaticly that only pulsed power will create organic forms.
Something I have been stating for a while, once I realized it, it was like a kick in the face.
It is Longitudinal Energy that runs a EU. That is my impression. I am convinced that Dollard has a firm grasp on what Tesla was talking about and what he understood. I think that the other 99% of the planet do not have a clue.
