Hi folks,
I'm not sure if this has been posted or not (if so, apologies for the duplication), but I find it one of the most intriguing crossroads on the internet between EU theory and energy alternative practice. The device in question is a modern update of the engine designed originally by the controversial and enigmatic Joseph Papp. The concept is to apply electric spark to ignite a mixture of noble gases, which excites them into a temorary plasma state, releasing a significant burst of energy to drive a piston. Supposedly the same mixture of gases can be put through thousands if not millions of cycles before requiring replenishment.

There's a melodrama going on involving the three Rohner brothers who had an association with Papp, and two different competing companies, but John Rohner, who runs Plasmerg, seems to be the one capable of moving the technology forward. I'm not sure if its for real or not, but seems much more credible than usual for such "overunity" devices --- not to mention that the plasma angle, given how little we understand plasma, provides an intriguing angle.
Cheers,

Re: Plasmerg Plasma Engine to Solve Energy Crisis?
Interesting thread.
I found this PDF at your link. The effect of a laser on atomic units is explained and explored.
High Energy Ion Explosion of Atomic Clusters: Transition from Molecular to Plasma Behavior
http://plasmerg.com/_files/HEIEAC.pdf
The secrets of lightning are something that Tesla knew held the secret to the universe.
Tesla used Lightning to teach himself about longitudinal scalar energy.
His Impulse Magnifying Transmitter, was the worlds first Z/Theta Pinch and he envisioned the transmission of wireless energy, so I think that lightning is way over looked and the concept of the plasma phase transition is great territory to explore.
A modern Z Pinch machine is a massive plasma lightning discharge.
The event of a lightning strike and the transition of phase states of matter are something that must hold a key to limitless energy. I would think that the concept needs investigation.
Dispite my interest in Pulsed Plasma, the way the engine works via Plasma Transition, is a novel thought.
The whole point to this story, is that there are MANY things that we can do with Plasma and phase states transitions. Scalar properties of these transitions are clearly evident in Tesla and Secret Military technology. Scalar states are true free energy states. I think they must be on to something.

In his book on Antigravity, LaViolette, speaks about atomic transitional states from gas to plasma states and their importance in Non Linear Phase Conjugation Physics. He says that the tower that JP Morgan was building for Tesla, made a halo from nitric oxide, transition to a plasma, which was critical to the device working properly to achieve a non linear phase conjugation four wave mixer scalar state. This was a pulsed device. They have a pulsed device as well dispite the fact they claim that there is no pulse, there is a pulse, but there atomic phase state switches back and forth between pulses, while the Tesla device made the Nitric Oxide halo grew steadily larger and larger. Tesla noted that corona, plasma, halos, come in multiple varities, each from different technology, each with a different application. The PlasmERG noble gas motor is not, just as the original Papp engine was not, a 'pulsed plasma motor'. Plasma is not retained and 'pulsed'. The plasma is recreated with each power stroke and returns to a steady state, a gas, on each return stroke, thus the name Plasmic Transition.

If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.

Glad you find it credible. Anyone else? The whole point to this story, is that there are MANY things that we can do with Plasma and phase states transitions. Re: Plasmerg Plasma Engine to Solve Energy Crisis?
Hello
I am glad you liked the article I posted on the PlasmERG web site.
As you know there is a lot of information that can not be freely brought forward because of the pending patent we have here and in the EU, China etc.
I just thought I would pass on that starting August 6th we have engineers from several countries and our own that will be here in Iowa to "play" with three engines and compare results. PlasmERG has Co Development agreements with several other groups in countries like Canada and China with people from Africa and Australia coming to join us.
You mentioned my Brothers and all I can say is my business plan is radically different and they turned down my offer for them to join me. Turns out it was a good thing as they were both involved with Papp International as employees and as such are "tainted" because of their use of the Papp International IP and hardware. My involvement with Papp was never. I was sent a schematic and I did send back a design but I was not a part of the Papp International company, never saw an engine or Papp.
What I did was understand that the "Magic" was NOT the fuel and that cold fusion was not the answer and went from there. You will notice that our engine designs are radically different to perform the same process. You will find we have in the last year and a half made major advances. But we are still trying to get an engine thru a college lab and the "science" written up. Production within a year all over the world. That's how real it is.

Re: Plasmerg Plasma Engine to Solve Energy Crisis?
Dear Mr Rohner:
How great to have you commenting on the boards here. I regularly check your website and am hungry for more news of the progress of the development of your engine. I think these boards would be a good place to have regular updates on your progress. I do not have a technical background -- but am a versatile humanist with a real interest in "offbeat" theories including plasma science, which I have concluded is one of the least understood and hence exciting fields of marginalized science. I am very interested in being involved in the progress of your work in whatever way possible. I teach at a state university in Maryland and do have some very bright colleagues in the sciences whom I might be able to persuade to take an interest in the Plasmerg technology. You can email me if you want at stritmatter24@hotmail.com.
In any case I look forward to further updates on your progress.
Best wishes,
Psi
