It would be pretty surprising to find lab experiments which create neutron star matter, as scientists seem to be having a bit or trouble just creating the guessed-at simple fusion interior of a regular ol' star in their labs here on earth. The edifice is increasingly built upon a non-experimental, non-reproducible, unobservable and unfalsifiable foundation. Our Best Science At Work!!
