Charged particles in motion comprise an electric current. That current wraps itself in a magnetic field. As more charged particles accelerate in the same direction the magnetic field gets stronger. A familiar idea to electrical engineers, but when astronomers find magnetism in space they are mystified. They resort to ironic ideas about voids with magnetic fields frozen inside them or so-called “magnetic reconnection.”

Let's try to establish a coherent description of the form(s) in which:

remembering that a "field'" is just a current state of a dynamic flux (fluctuation).

Okay, but what is it, mechanically? It does have force, as anyone who has played with those little doggie magnets will attest to.

The flux, at aetheric scale. Magnetism, in general, can be viewed as an 'aligned motion' of charge.
Of course it is invisible, while the magnetic field is mappable (it Is a map), so convention has adopted the catch-all rubric "re-connection"
to characterize the action.

Electric double-layers, at say the heliopause, are 'organized motions' of charge. In this case, organized by a concentric solar system, that is itself being propelled through (electro-magnetic, aethero-gravitic, et al) space.
